No stars if possible. This location is horribly run. If you ate tenders from here 1/24/26. And got food poisoning. Here's why: I waited 5 minutes at the register without anyone taking my order. During this time, I saw an employee handle raw food with bare hands, no gloves. No hand washing in between. He then loaded someone's chicken tenders into the little carton with his bare hands. No tongs. No gloves. Bare, un-washed hands after touching raw food. Also noticed two employees with very long, unkept hair. No hair tie or hair net. Just waiving around. Right above outgoing food. This was by far, the worst experience I have ever had at any food establishment. I don't normally leave reviews but it was bad enough for us and what seemed like everyone in the restaurant at the time. For starters, the restaurant was dirty: the floors, the soda machine the condiment station. You couldn't guess the last time any of those items were wiped down. My kids asked to use the restroom and I did not allow them to use it because of how unbelievably dirty it was. We had already waited in line for 15 minutes so I felt like enough time had been spent to go somewhere else or we would've. I am honestly concerned that cashier may have been on drugs. She was mumbling, grinding her teeth had No name tag, no apron, no hair restraints and she was handling both cash and food without gloves or washing her hands in between. In the middle of taking another customers order she stopped them grabbed her phone and said she would be right back. My husband saw her outside talking on it. I saw two different families walk out due to the how slow the service was. The entire team of 6 seemed to all be working on one order at a time. They would not take more than one order until the previous one was completed. And at some point 3 of them were just staring at the equipment. At that point, I couldn't do anything but laugh at how ridiculous this place was being managed. After waiting almost 25 minutes for our food I ended up throwing all the burgers away because they were cold. Wouldn't dare get back in line again and wait for a refund. read more

Everyone needs to watch their receipts at Las Vegas, New Mexico fast food drive thru's. Wendy's tries to get $7.00 for a $6.00 biggie bag. When you call them on it the little girlie at the window just says "It's not my fault!". Well you work for the company, fix it!! Also at Burger King they try to charge you $.80 extra to put cheese on your "CHEESEburger". Then you get these little burgers that taste like the cardboard box top that the frozen patties came in. I would rather pay more and go to a restaurant where you get real food at the price listed on the menu. If you want a GREAT burger go to Smiling Faces on south Grand Ave and order their burger. You get a mountain of fries and a burger that is real meat and 3/4"+ thick, after cooked, on a big bun. That is enough to fill up 2 good sized kids for about the same money. read more

Wendy's commercials raving about that new cod sandwich, but guess what employees don't make this sandwich like the picture nor the commercial. Where's the pickles? Nowhere to be found, not even one. Also, I asked for mustard and they give me honey mustard. First of all, I never asked for honey. Then, I ask for mustard and the employee sighs heavily and yells to his coworker, "could I get some mustard?" Silly kid, if you would learn to listen the first time. Wow we really like going to this place, getting into New Mexico. This was around the time we were on a detour heading towards Arizona. Sadly the moment we arrived to this place, it was bad. Snow was growing by the minute and we two were super exhausted to keep pushing forward. Luckily the workers here gave us very fresh chili and a lot of crackers. Very nice and welcoming at the window. The moment we were about to leave, road had been covered by an inch. Taking off and heading towards the interstate it was worst. COVID Alert Had a horrible experience here. We actually tossed all of our food and didn't eat it. We ordered and pulled up to the window and my husband honk to get the kids attention. He asked if we could change our drinks from tea to coke. This made the kid made. He gave us coke, but when we paid he handed the change and dropped the dollar bill and said sorry and made no effort retrieve it or give us another. We then asked for ketchup. The kid pulled his mask down coughed in his hand, reached into the bin with the hand he coughed in and grabbed ketchup and handed it to my husband. The service was horrible and disrespectful. I placed an order in the car window line. The person taking the order was mumbling or the speaker was not working properly. I called out the order and understood it had been taken correctly. I proceeded to the window to pay and receive my order. I handed my money to the person. They handed me back a bag of food. The staff had filled my bag with items I did not order. Also, the items I did order were not included. I tried to return the bag back but the person refused to take the bag back and threw my $1.53 in change back at me. She literally tossed the money into my open vehicle window. I demanded to speak to the supervisor or wonder. She refused by closing the window on me!! Of course, I parked my vehicle and went inside. As it turns out a young male addressed me and claimed to be the owner. I scolded him for allowing his employees to be so incompetent and disrespectful. That their incompetence and disrespect was his incompetence and disrespect. He had the gall to tell me that he could not replace the bag of food they gave me because "I had already opened the bag!!" I laughed and told him to simply throw the bag they gave me into the garbage and give me a bag with the food that I ordered. The owner was rude also. Eventually he gave me my money back. I run medical transport, and clients often need a blood sugar boost on the road, but we will no longer be stopping at this location, as the last 7 times, it has been AT LEAST a half hour in the drive through, and at least HALF of those times, the order has been WRONG and staff REFUSES to fix their mistakes! I was traveling through New Mexico with my mom and aunt and first we stopped at a Burger King and my aunt decided she couldn't eat there, so we ended up at this Wendy's... The drive through line was really long, like 8-10 cars, and the parking lot was pretty full. We ended up parking in the back of the store. The guy doing clean up in the parking lot was blowing more dirt around than he could have been gathering and it was an awful cloud of dirt we were welcomed too. Inside the line was a few people deep and not moving too quickly. I decided to try the Local Special: New Mexico Chicken Sandwich. It was special because it had guacamole and Hatch Chilies on it. This Wendy's can be hit or miss. Some days they have everything on the menu and then other days they are out of everything. It also has to be one of the slowest fast food places here in Las Vegas. Avoid lunch time if you are in a hurry to get your food. I try to only go here on off peak times so I can get my food quickly. read more

Was traveling through Las Vegas, NM and decided to stop in town for some gas and food. Finding the place wasn't too difficult, as there were signs from the highway directing us there. Once we arrived, we ordered our food: Amongst our orders, there was a request for a side of mayo. That arrived with chunks of "objects" (food?) in it. In addition, all of our food was not prepped completely. Yes the burgers were cooked, but the lettuce, tomato, cheese, and other toppings were freezing cold. Almost as if they took it out of the freezer and slapped it on the burger. In addition, we had to return to the counter no less than three times due to errors with the order, and missing items. (drinks, fries, ect.) It was obvious to me that this small town does not like visitors as nearly all the local guests at this location were giving us hostile stares during our visit. Very disappointing, overpriced, and poor quality. I'm a New Mexican and this Wendy's is not the same as other Wendy's in the region. The grilled chicken sandwich only had exactly 1/2 a leaf of lettuce and 1 slice of tomato on it, with just a tiny bit of sauce and a limp, tasteless bun; the Frosty Cookie Sundae dessert was a small pool of vanilla only an inch deep and had only 2 or 3 little chunks of cookie and hardly any chocolate sauce at all. Not sure what's going on at this location. We stop here fairly often and when we were there on 3/11/19 I was shocked and amazed at how utterly FILTHY the place was. There was an odor coming from the kitchen/bathroom area and a man working on something that must've been a plumbing issue. Only one other table was occupied but every table was dirty. The floor had trash on it. They were out of straws so the had put out some store bought straws that were not individually wrapped. The service was slow. The food tasted okay. I'm not sure why we didn't just turn around and leave. Won't be back until we see some positive reviews. Definitely a management issue. Hope it gets addressed. read more

This was a stop we made after a long drive. Jr bacon cheeseburgers tasted almost sour, something old or the whole thing was old. No lettuce or tomato on the burgers. Chicken nuggets were definitely old. They were tough and tasted like dog food. Only edible part (and sadly the best part) were the fries. They were even that great.
