Long story short: Last night Uber Eats stuffed up my order which I am managing via on a separate complaint with NZ Commerce Commission, this Te rapa Wendy's store refused to re-order my food that I never received via Uber-Eats, they were quick to pass blame on to Uber Eats and took no responsibility
You'd think Wendy's would resolve the issue by giving me what I paid for but instead insisted on passing the blame and refused to serve me!
* This had ruined our dinner-plans for my daughters birthday
* This had caused me major inconvenience in driving to the store only to be refused service or resolve
* I was left $133 out of pocket and had to spend extra money elsewhere to fix the issue that Wendy's and Uber Eats caused
*This is now causing me time and effort just to follow up on an appropriate response & action (which is on-going)
I have escalated this issue and am planning on taking legal action on both NZ Uber Eats and Wendy's pending investigation
Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in both these service providers!!!
