The heaters near the menu on the ceiling was on but the ones facing the opposite direction was on. A bit drafty, I would recommend sitting closer to the covered patio side. The location has some comfy blankets to use, but not much is done to sanitize customer to customer so we enjoyed our own jacket. The restaurant recommended to bring some blankets but we were on the go and didny have any. The parking lot has spots, but I would presume most customers would be drinking and responsibly walking or riding taxi.
