The staff were really great and friendly I did take out, by the dining area was spacious and clean. Since we stopped over here during a long drive, we needed to use the restroom which was not the cleanest in any rating. Floor was wet which appeared to be water spill from the sink. Bad experience at Drums Wendy's. First, the staff is unfriendly. Second, nothing works. At 11:30 am the ketchup was empty, the hand sanitizer was broken. Next was the food. We had single burger meals. The burgers were dried out and overcooked. Then the worst part was the ladies room. Someone cleaned their drug needle in the toilet paper roll! As a former employee this stores quality was very disappointing. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a lemonade, that's it. Lemonade was fine, can't really mess that up. The spicy chicken sandwich on the other hand, had the smallest piece of lettuce, definitely did not meet quality check. Whoever did prep needs a retrain. And for the sandwich itself, way too much mayo and the patty was old. No crunch and tough as leather. Although service was quick, quality needs to be maintained. Listen, I know you guys put bad reviews on the bulletin board but every time I have eaten from this specific Wendy's, your fries never have salt on them specifically in the afternoon. Maybe you guys just forget, I don't know, but every time I have come there during that time of day? However, every time I come in the morning for a frosty-ccino and breakfast, I have always been met with great service from a specific girl and even better food. Even when something is not their fault like running out of quick-serv coffee, they are always profusely apologizing. If you read this, you are awesome and shouldn't have to apologize to anyone unless it is truly your fault. Also, I hear from friends that your owner, which I can name but choose not to for privacy reasons, does not like the idea of filling up the large fry in order to save money. If you are looking for a job there, they may have increased their pay since a couple of years ago, but don't expect to only do one thing. If you are extremely introverted, I suggest finding some other place because you will eventually run register, and no you are not guaranteed to go home when you are scheduled. They simply do not care and will deduct your pay for other peoples mistakes. For example, if you put potatoes in the oven and were not at the stove when the alarm goes off, you might have to expect other people to be annoyed at the alarm who then turn it off and never tell you about it. Lastly, I understand that you may have other things to do mid-lunch rush but please, fucking wipe the damn grill off after you use it or at least hire a person that literally just does that all day. Although I do think the pay is now more worth it, I do not think the mental strain from dealing with shitty people on a daily basis is very healthy, especially if it is the owner. If you want to solve all of these above-mentioned problems, I suggest that you train every crew member on each station once, and then place them in their preferred area or at least a station that they are best at. For those who call off all the time, you will at the very least have other people who have an idea of what to do. As I write this I have been painfully sipping on a flat Dr. Pepper and choose to point out my perspective in hopes that things will be better for those who are mistreated by other customers as well as certain staff. I go to this place a lot because it's convenient to my job - and that's the only reason. When you work in the valley, there just isn't many options on your 30 minute lunch. I can tell you one thing - I have NEVER seen a place mess up an order as much as this place. There are three people there that always go above and beyond. A woman named Sarah I believe who works on the cash window and then a younger guy and girl on the second window? They are awesome. One girl though (which luckily I don't get very often) will not let you finish your sentence before interrupting you with what you want on it - or just plain no listening. For example: Me: I would like a medium #10 with a die-" Her (interrupting): WHAT SIZE! Me: (I already told her this but ok) Medium. Her: WHAT TO DRINK? Me: (Maybe if she let me finish and not interrupt): Diet coke. That is horrible service in my opinion. Also, if an order appears wrong on the screen and you point it out, some get all cocky with you, "YES I KNOW!!!!" Well how do I know you know if it's wrong on the screen?! Whole floor was slimy and sticky and obviously hasn't been mopped in days- maybe even weeks. Ordered the made to crave bbq sandwhich and it came without onions or cheese. Kindly brought it up to the manager and he got me a new one fast. Cheese was bland and chicken was hardly cooked. NOW THIS PLACE IS A FUCKING DISASTER! I should've known better than to go to this shithole and have my order taken by the fucknuts that work here. I have my order taken by a younger girl, not sure what her name is, but she had glasses and was a little on the taller side. She was very sweet and quiet and repeated exactly what I wanted back to me, which was a Baconator with extra bacon, a large coke, and a southwest avocado chicken salad. She got it right, but once it came to the assholes in the back, flopping the shit around like a goddamn ball and them carrying on, talking about a Damien with a Sausage McMuffin, they got really side tracked and fucked up all my food. First off, they gave me a parmesan caesar chicken salad instead of my southwest avocado AND gave me absolutely no ketchup, mayo, or extra bacon on my burger. How dare these people get away with the shit they pull! The staff is shit, and don't even get me started on the goddamn "higher ranked" employees. I think the people need all separate managers so they can watch what the hell they are doing to the place. I ate inside, so I give the nice young girl my food back and she told them what they did wrong. They gave me new food, and the girl made sure that my satisfaction was fulfilled after that horrific experience.
