Place absolutely sucks. Employees touch the disgusting money and then dont use gloves or wash their hands after when packaging up food. I have also seen the employees also smoke in the back of the kitchen. The only thing thats nice about this place is the lobby is clean all the time. I usually eat dine-in here and everytime I have, the crook-looking manager is always rolling her eyes at the other workers in the kitchen. Do not eat here. You will FOR SURE get sick. Wendys has always been great with senior drinks and discounts. My family stays away from high fructose corn syrup for health and allergies. We stopped at CRYSTAL RIVER Wendy's tonight and order some chili's and 2 senior drinks. We asked for real sugar lemonade. The lemonade and drinks in the machines are all hfcs, not real sugar. Cashier said they don't allow the real sugar drinks for senior drinks anymore. ??? Ok. Asked if they had real sugar tea and she said they're out of it. (8 pm and out of sweet tea, in the south?)But we could use the sugar packs and mix our own with unsweetened tea. Went back for a refill and she had dumped all the tea. When I asked since the tea is gone can you refill with real sugar lemonade? Nope. Is customer service DEAD at this Wendy's? Yes. read more

This is a new store and it doesn't take 20 mins to get the wrong food! We eat here average once a week before we go to church and have nothing bad to say about the food or its employees. We have never got anything but good food and service from our experience from this Wendy's. In fact the new menu is amazing from the burgers to the salads. And now you can get other thing instead of French fries, like side salads its nice to have the options! Give them a try. read more

In my humble opinion this location is one of the better Wendy's that I've been to. The restaurant is clean including the ladies room and the employees are friendly. When you walk up to the register to order you are greeted with a friendly demeanor and a smile! The food comes out quickly- hot items are hot and cold items are cold. I've been here numerous times and only once was my order incorrect- it was a small mistake. I received the wrong salad dressing for my salad but they easily corrected it with a I'm sorry and a smile. The manager goes from table to table and welcomes everyone and asks how your meal is. One of my favorite selections from their menu is Wendy's Chili. I just don't know what it is about the chili but it's so good. Hot, flavorful without a lot of heat- it's loaded with chunks of ground beef and beans. It also has celery, green peppers and a little onions. You can receive packs of hot sauce ( to give it an extra kick), sour cream and oyster crackers. They offer two sizes: a regular and large! I always order a large because I just love it. Wendy's also offers a nice variety of salads which has two sizes: a half salad for those who are light eaters or just want to chow down on another one of their menu items and a large salad which is definitely a meal in itself. Selections are: Fresh Mozzarella Chicken Salad, Taco Salad, Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad and my very favorite Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad. Made with fresh grilled chicken, feta cheese, hummus, and sundried tomato quinoa blend with fresh greens! Definitely a delicious and unique salad! They also offer a great selection on hamburgers - 10 choices I believe- so when I decide on a sandwich I have plenty to choose from and the freshness of their burger is quite evident in the taste! Wendy's also 9 different chicken sandwiches plus chicken nuggets for kids of all ages! Besides the usual fries I LOVE that Wendy's have baked potatoes!! You can have a plain baked potato with just butter or order something a little fancier like sour cream and chives, bacon cheese, chili cheese, broccoli and cheese or a plain cheese baked potato. They are very good and quite popular. Wendy's has many different drinks to select, their soda machines are my favorite! Many choices to choose from including flavored water plus you can add extra flavor like lemon or lime to your drink like cola with lemon! Yum! I am spoiled by this machine and wish every place had one! Wendy's also have teas- hot or cold, coffees- hot and iced, milk- regular and chocolate and bottled water. Their Frostys are famous and come in chocolate and vanilla. Wendy's also has a value menu for those who want to stay within a limit of spending which has some very solid choices! All in all a very good fast food restaurant and a favorite of mine for when I want a causal, quick, no frills eating experience! read more

I waited in line to order. Few customers were wearing masks. Employees had masks on but just on one ear or under chin. The manager wasn't even wearing one at all. Ended up canceling order and leaving. Love Wendy's and have been a regular at this store but no more. Just not worth the risk. Florida is a hot spot. My wife and I went there for lunch today. The food was dried out and cold. Don't order the jalapeno chicken sandwich. Onions on it were dried out and hard. Spicy nuggets were cold and so were the fries. Never again. I will go to Hardee's across the street. Not a good experience. read more

I just visited on May 5 2014. I order off the value menu and I received the BEST bacon cheese burger I have ever had at Wendy's. Fresh tomatoes ,lettuce and good amount of bacon. I also ordered the chili which was the best chili I have had in years at Wendy's. I ordered a family size at the new Wendy's in Inverness and it was running and very little meat. This Wendy's had meat galore and was made perfect. The best Chili at Wendy's in years. This was my 1st visit to this one, but I eat at Wendy's a lot. I ask to speak to the manager I think her name was Joann. I told her how great everything was and she said there was a survey on my receipt but I had already thrown it away.
