By far the worst Wendy's I have ever been too. The workers are lazy and rude. I was once told that I had to wait 20 minutes for two fries and a frosty. It seems like they don't want to be there. And I think the workers are pocketing some of the money because they are telling me sometimes when I go that they are only accepting cash? Another time I went the dining area was closed and me and my friends were told to leave even though the doors were unlocked it was around 5pm. Just overall I would try to avoid this Wendy's because this service is TERRIBLE. I hope they get shut down. Don't play with me Wendy's. read more

Could not be worse. Our fish sandwiches were so overcooked we could not eat them. I spoke to an employee and they told me to come back for three new sandwiches. I came back inside for the sandwiches and the manager named Donna absolutely refused to give them to me telling me that I didn't have any proof. Used the drive thru to get a couple frosties. We wanted to try the new strawberry. No issues with the drive through. Got through quickly and without any hassles. Don't go here!! Only 2 poor guys working at 7:00 in the evening. Doing their best I guess but there must be someone responsible for managing this place. 1 order being taken and filled at a time so it took forever but by the time I waited 15 minutes I wasn't leaving till I got my turn. I don't know why we keep going back, but this is the last time. Line was long but that is understandable when only 3 people work there. Ordered a dave's double meal large, a chili, baked potato(they were out as usual) a salad,and the thin mint frosty. What we got was wrong, not once or twice but 3 times! My husband told them his sandwich was a double but got the single. The man working said he should have told that to the guy he paid. WHAT?? How are we to know he ringed it up wrong? They gave him another bag with sm fries and a single burger. We just left at that point. They do not comprehend anything there. Staff was yelling at the customers like toddlers to come up to the counter and check in with them when she had a full line of customers at the cashier waiting for their order to be taken. The worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The last 3 times I have ordered there, the order has been short or wrong and their prices do not match the board. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a Dave's double. I got some weird chicken and a bacon cheeseburger. The girl confirmed my order 3 times. I do not write reviews on fast food chains. Today I had to write one. This Wendy's hasn't had the dining room open for months. Only the drive-thru is opened. Today we went through and waited 22 minutes in line. When I pulled up, the guy said that it will be a couple of minutes because their system has rebooted and they need to wait for it to boot up, and I said sure. 10 mins go by and I asked if they have an estimated time of arrival on this. He said no, probably another 20 minutes. That didn't feel acceptable. I left immediately. One piece of beacon on the beaconator Spicy nuggets weren't spicy, but I read reviews prior to going and had prepared for that. I was asked for what condiment I wanted, I answered, it was repeated. Got to the window asked for an extra sauce prior to paying. Ya know, just in case it was an added fee, idk if Wendy is as stingy and McDonald, I try to be thoughtful. Lovely lady at the window clearly says "add a ranch to that bag",and not 7 seconds after giving me the card back after the drinks I get the bag of food from a nice youngster. I got here every one and a while and never have any major issues. Weather you go through the drive through or into the store it is a quick process. Workers are neutral, not negative but also not positive and welcoming. As far as I can tell it's a pretty clean location with workers handling food wearing gloves. I always recommend the 4 for $4, but there are other good things on the menu like the baconater fries. If you decide to dine in just get cautious of the tables because most of the time they aren't super clean, but I'm hoping that's changed since COVID. I feel like you can't have super high expirations of Wendy's in general. It's your typical fast food, with multiple options. I would recommend this location if you're in the area. read more

Very trashy location. Went in to try and order, there were 2 other customers also waiting to get their order taken. The workers behind the counter were all younger girls, fighting with each other and yelling at each other. I've picked up deliveries from this restaurant on several occasions and must say that the staff is rude and unorganized. I went to pick up an order that another driver accidentally took. When the delivery company I worked for asked me to ask the manager to remake the order, the manager became upset. I heard the manager cursing in the background because she had to remake the order. She yelled at me and told me to wait at the counter while the order was being made, but I wasn't planning on leaving until I received the order. When a young lady did come to take our order we were not greeted with a "hello" or "sorry for the delay" - instead we got a "here or to go". I'm genuinely surprised this location is still open. Twice I went there at night, but still well within their posted business hours and they were already closed. Keep in mind, both times were nearly 2 hours before their posted closing time.
