Spent maybe 29 minutes of my half hour lunch break waiting in line watching the manager micro manage his staff. Listened to gems such as "what I'd do is place the trays neatly in a square directly at the corner of the counter" and "each individual put an item on each tray"... Well, ya know what I'd do champ? I'd open TWO tills at lunchtime and serve people in a timely manner. It's called 'fast food' for a reason. It's not 'slow served cold burger cos I waited for the fries which were hot, but are now cold too cos I waited for my cold drink which is now warm food'. Spoke to him about it and he said "at some stage we'll look into sir, we're trying a new management style". Look at the queue developing onto Great South Rd more like it. If you want to make the place look busy, get people seated, it looks busy with people eating, a huge queue just looks incompetent. What an imbecile!!! Ironically my All Black Kiwi Classic Brioche burger looked and tasted like it had been booted around a footy field for 80 minutes. There's some really good Wendy's around...
