Ray did our taxes for us about a month ago and since then we have had three issues with the IRS,…read moreone being us needed to pay back over $3000 in our federal return because he did them wrong. The other issue was him putting our wrong address down which put us in a different township (for a man who has been in business so long that seems like a very elementary type of mistake), which changed up our tax information. Finally, we received another piece of mail from the state telling us we owed additional money because our state return wasn't done correctly. In other words, this man messed up our federal, state, and local returns. When I reached out to him regarding the issue, he basically put the blame on us even though he is the professional account. After emailing back-and-forth he did take blame for making a few mistakes but again, also put the blame on us. This man is irresponsible, unprofessional, and takes no responsibility for his actions. Simply put, STEER CLEAR.

I can say enough good things about these guys…read more SJS does an absolutely amazing job! I've have them for over a year. ( I do commercial and residential construction work, new builds and realty.) They are everything you want in a service. They're professional, flexible, alway get things done by the deadline, time efficient, cutting edge, super kind and always using cool gadgets and awesome products to get the job done! They tailor the products to what I prefer, or the client; for example scent sensitivity, or pet safe etc. They've got great communication, they often are working in all temperatures / weather conditions but always dress professional. I've never had a complaint since I've started using them! comparing them to my own crew cleaning up after ourselves to SJS doing it- it's like DAY and NIGHT! I certainly reccomend them to anyone looking for commercial or residential cleaning they really do it all And do a great job at it. I'll never use a different company! The best part is If they can't do something, they'll let me know and recommend me to a service that they've already gotten a estimate from, so I don't have to stress and deal with the hassle of finding one my self and get quotes etc. The owner is fantastic she is very sweet, understanding, and fair. SJS is local but always willing to travel to my job sites even if it's a hour away or more! SJS really does think about all the little things that are often overlooked, but make a huge difference In the end. I can't thank you guys enough. I sincerely look forward to working in our future years together. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the great work guys! Happy New Year! -Nikolai H.
