If they cannot put a quality team on the court to compete with all the necessary players and skill sets, they won't. They recognize the frustration this would cause players, parents and coaches. Many other clubs just want to collect your money regardless of the quality of the team they have put together. I have a 10 year old and a 16 year old that don't want to play anywhere else.

I enrolled her in Triangle Volleyball's Youth Volleyball Program (YVP), a six-week course on passing, setting, ball control and proper mechanics. The coaches are wonderful. Although the course is group instruction, the course gave my 13yo instant feedback and contact with the ball multiple times. Just within the first day, I could see an improvement in her passing skill, and she finally became comfortable with setting. We also combined the YVP course with Play the Game to get her playing in smaller group games. Location and schedule of YVP were very convenient for our busy family and work schedules.
