I contacted Nicole/the owner, who at the time stated she was out of state and her friend was supposed to be taking care of it. So instead of trying to find a new source of cake, I believed that the owner would truly send me the cake pops. It was not received by the night before the wedding as it was supposed to be, so I attempted to contact the business multiple times by phone and email to no avail. No one ever replied or contacted me, even to apologize or let me know that the order could not be fulfilled.
