Although I have only had one visit at this office thus far, I really felt at ease in this office. Dr. Yee is super personable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt uncomfortable. I never felt like I was being talked down to. I never felt like I was a "bother" to her. She really made me feel like I was a person, not just a patient. Office was clean but COLD. Bring a sweater bc the waiting/ exam rooms are FREEZING. Like, uncomfortably cold... like, the AC is blowing full blast even in the winter. I don't recall having a HUGE wait to get in for an appointment so that is a definite plus. The ONE negative was that my pap was sent to an out-of-network lab with leaving me with a $250 lab bill I wasn't expecting. In the 20 years of going to an OBGYN, I have never had this happen. A pap is (almost) always covered at 100%... IF it's sent to an in-network lab. I have never had to research in-network LABS to TELL the Dr.'s office where to send it. Wasn't sure if this was a mistake on the office side or if it IS the responsibility of the patient to call insurance providers and research labs. It was a little disappointing that I had to pay $250 for a test that would have been fully covered if it was sent somewhere else. Guess from now on, I'll have to double check with Dr. Offices to see where the tests are sent. All-in-all, this is why reviews are so important. Finding a Dr. is tough... especially one that's going to be poking around your lady bits. You want to pick the right one and Dr. Yee-Whipple is a GREAT choice!

I went to the women's clinic and I got a checked for an STI not STD well they made me feel very…read moreashamed just for having sex and they are very judgmental and rude they make you feel uncomfortable and ashamed for something natural and they are really racist at least the nurse I got was very judgmental and it took almost 2 hours for me to leave, I get there to get checked and get medication but I got a peptalk instead I felt so judged and discriminated for being Hispanic DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE HISPANIC THEY ARE VERY RUDE, I done appreciate being judged for choosing to have sex I will never go there again and I hope they read this too.

I had two insurance at the time and most doctors offices I've been to had no problem but clearly they had issues. Many times my husband came, my sister, and last time it was my mom and my mom had to say something because of how ugly it really was from those ladies true colors. After everything they called my mom and they didn't want to see me anymore because of how rude we were, but wish they would see in the mirror how rude they were..

I LOVE…read morethat they allow 1 guest with the patient (even during COVID) to come to appointments and ultrasounds! Cindy, the scheduler, is incredibly sweet every time I call or speak to her in person. She truly loves her job! The wait for our appts are never long, I think we've waited 10-15 minutes at MAX to be called back and even in the room I don't wait for the Dr. for more than 10-15 min! The staff is very nice and welcoming every time we come. They offer payment plans to meet your deductible instead of dropping a huge amount of $$ in one day. The ultrasound tech is very sweet, experienced and has gotten us great photos every-time! The nurses go above and beyond at every appt, they don't rush and truly care about their patients. Dr. Venegas takes his time in the exam room and doesn't keep you waiting at all. He answers all of our questions clearly, and gives us more and more information at every visit! I will always recommend Dr. Venegas!

Great experience with the Doctors, but the wait is absolutely unacceptable. If we didn't have to…read moreuse them, we wouldn't sit for 2+ hours past the appointment time. My personal doctor sees me within 10 minutes of my appointment. Would be nice if more doctors cared about their patients schedules. If you are 15 minutes late you will be rescheduled, no apologies though when you sit for hours.
