Today, we have our beautiful baby, and I will always be grateful for the outstanding care, professionalism, and support we received throughout the entire IVF process. Every member of the clinic was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in our success. If you are looking for a fertility clinic with experienced doctors, excellent care, and a team that truly cares about their patients, I wholeheartedly recommend Reproductive Partners Medical Group. Dr DeUgarte saved my life…read more Did I get your attention? Good. It's the truth. I met Dr D in 2014 when I decided to freeze my eggs. I was 36, single, and not even sure if I wanted kids, but I wanted the option to have them if Mr Right ever showed up. She was so compassionate, funny, down to earth and kind that I continued to see her for regular exams. Her all-female staff and spa-like exam rooms turn what is usually an uncomfortable doctor visit into a welcoming, supportive environment. At 38, I casually mentioned a dull, numb pain in my right breast. Even though I was two years away from the recommended age of mammograms and had no family history of breast cancer, Dr D sent me to get a mammogram. Two months after my wedding (Mr Right DID show up!), I was diagnosed with HER2+ Stage 2 breast cancer. Dr D not only called me lot tell me herself, but she told me that she'd already called the top breast cancer surgeon at UCLA and gotten me an appointment for the next day - on the surgeon's day off. Additionally, she'd already told the surgeon that she wanted to do an additional egg retrieval/embryo preservation before I started treatment. I got the news that I had cancer on Tuesday and I started my retrieval meds that Friday. Dr D also reached out on my behalf to non-profits that aid breast cancer patients with the high cost of fertility treatments since my insurance wouldn't cover any of it. For years, Dr D walked alongside me, supporting my women's health needs as well as my spirits. She continued to guide our fertility journey and made recommendations for acupuncturists and non-traditional methods. Of course, she used the most recent data from the scientific fertility world as well. When the time came to face the reality that my body just had been through too much and that we could only have a baby via surrogate, she was caring, nurturing and honest. She guided us through the complicated process during the even more complicated time of covid. I'm thrilled to share that, at 45, I am cancer-free, healthy and the mother of a perfect baby boy, made from one of those eggs we froze back in 2014. Dr D made a speech at our baby shower that still gets people emotional when we talk about it. We are now starting our sibling journey with the same surrogate and with Dr D's guidance and friendship. We know that we would not have our family without Dr D. It didn't happen in the way we planned or hoped that it would, but it happened in a way that will give our children one hell of an origin story! I also know that I would not be alive today if she hadn't encouraged me to get the mammogram I thought I didn't need. She truly is the most caring, most thorough doctor I've ever had and I feel so fortunate to have her in my life.

I have successfully conceived three healthy babies with the help of the doctors and staff at CCRH…read more They are overwhelmingly helpful, the care they provide is customized to each patient's needs, they listen attentively and answer all questions compassionately. And they care. They show it with every office visit (checking me in without even questioning my name or appointment time), every lab result (left me messages to make sure I had information timely), even with billing (they have gone well out of their way for each of my pregnancies to lessen the financial impacts of receiving this treatment). I feel like they are part of my family, and in many ways they are. I owe them more gratitude than I can express and highly recommend giving this clinic and Dr. Mor a try if you are looking for help conceiving.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, supportive, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about us throughout the process. We're incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses, and entire team who helped us get to this point. Fertility treatment are a long difficult journey, and having a team that made us feel cared for and supported made such a difference. I would absolutely recommend CCRM to anyone going through this process. Also bonus very LGBT+ friendly :)

Leaving a review for something as personal, emotional, expensive, and time-consuming as fertility…read moretreatment is difficult. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about this office and everyone who works there. Dr. Lee was always very straightforward in his approach and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my first visit. He gave me the option to try IUI before moving on to IVF, and while I can now look back and say IUI ultimately wasn't successful for me, I truly appreciated that he presented all of my options, educated me on each path, and allowed me to move through my fertility journey at my own pace. The procedures he performed were much easier than I expected, and he was always encouraging and supportive throughout the process. Fion - the absolute best of the best. There is no way I could have made it through this journey without her as my nurse practitioner. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly at every visit, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel rushed. I came into the office crying more than once, and she showed me more kindness, patience, and support than some of my own family members. She was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and even tolerated all of my nervous jokes and comments when I was trying to distract myself from being scared. The only thing I would change is having her become a labor and delivery doctor so she could deliver my baby! The staff deserves endless praise. Getting appointments was always incredibly easy. Out of the 30+ appointments I had, I think the longest I ever waited was about eight minutes--and that was because I arrived early. Every lab draw was quick and painless. I always received prompt phone calls with results, and any necessary paperwork or emails were sent right away. Rosa, Julie, and Natalie are absolute heroes. Jennie in billing was a lifesaver. I went through two different insurance plans that advertised IVF coverage, but navigating the actual benefits was a nightmare. Jennie was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my charges, clarify what insurance was actually covering, assist with rebilling when needed, and make sure everything was processed correctly. When you're going through something as intense and emotional as infertility treatment, the last thing you want to stress about is insurance. Jennie made that part of the journey so much easier. Everyone's body, mind, and fertility journey is different, but I genuinely believe the team here has the knowledge, compassion, and patience to support anyone who walks through their doors. I'm happy to say that our baby boy is due in March 2023, and if we need help growing our family again in the future, there is no question that we will be returning to this office. Thank you to everyone on the team for helping make our dream come true.

During my most recent 90-minute massage, the therapist introduced a treatment that was never explained to me or discussed beforehand. I wasn't asked for my consent until after it had already been used on one side of my body. I later learned it wasn't even part of the massage service I had booked. I left with significant marks on my legs for days afterward--something I absolutely would have declined had I been given the opportunity to make an informed decision beforehand. To their credit, management acknowledged my concerns and confirmed that this technique is not part of the massage service they offer. However, the resolution offered didn't reflect the seriousness of what happened. When I respectfully explained why I didn't feel it was appropriate and asked them to reconsider, I never received another response. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, what began as an issue with informed consent ended with poor follow-through and communication from management. After years of supporting this business, spending hundreds of dollars on services and gift certificates, I expected much better. I hope they take informed consent more seriously and do a better job standing behind their services when they fall short.

At 43 years old, this pregnancy means more to me than I can put into words. Dr. Llarena was extremely thoughtful and precise throughout the entire process. Dr. Llarena is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also made me feel that every step of my treatment was carefully considered and individualized.
