Doctor ii said she wasn't going to mess with my medications. And within a month turned into my ex-wife she took me off Diazapam put me on some stuff for sleep that didn't control the problems I had and turned me into a zombie. Then refused to put me back on the diazepam I had and started cutting me off the Diaz Pam which was the only thing that was helping me in my disability. I tried another doctor in the office, she was just as young and inexperienced. Stay away from this place at all costs. It's a whole new breed running this office and they don't know what's going on. It may be a racist thing hard to say?? I was more than cordial. Even ask doctor ivy if she wanted to have dinner after the first time I met her. (Glad she said no thank you) I very white and both doctor I had were...of color. Which doesn't bother me a bit my granddaughter is black and I did ask doctor ivy out to dinner. Getting anything done, if critica,l is very slow. Dr. doesn't have the necessary experience. Getting a Rx is 3-4 days to call in. Rather worthless if you really need health care. Try an Urgent Care or use the ER. read more

Our mother goes to this office and is now having trouble breathing with chest pressure after her hip replacement. We contacted them on a Monday, asked for a chest x ray and a ct scan. They sent us to urgent care, who sent us to the ER for a 5 plus hour wait. She couldn't sit that long. Called the Dr office that afternoon, they didn't call back till Tuesday to give us an appt for Wednesday. We asked them to put in the orders for the scans again. They didn't give us the chest x ray, but we finally got the ct scan on Thursday....... But they neglected to order the ct scan with dye! So of course it didn't show a blood clot. Called the Dr office back to tell them, we were told that we didn't know what we're taking about, u don't need the dye to see blood clots. And yet the ct technician said that it was necessary. Of course, the Dr office is closed on Friday, so we won't be able to get anything done this week.......a complete waste of everyone's time! Think twice before u use this facility if u want live! read more

They were super helpful and got me in at that moment I called. It was my first time there so I had paperwork that took a bit of time. I'd recommend people go half an hour early if it's you're first time. The doctor and staff were all very informative and kind. The wait for the doctor took a little bit of time but other that that it was a great visit. read more

The only problem here can be the wait. Once being seen, we have never felt like a number here! Yippy, we are humans! lol The office girls are great, the nurse practitioner is very friendly and knowledgeable which is comforting as if you are on OHP most likely you will see her. Dr Ermshar is a wonderful Doctor with a great sense of humor. He is great with adults and children alike. Both are never in a hurry once they are with us. They truly take the time to let you know they care. I love that! They have a medium size parking lot which has only been a problem one time for us. I don't believe they are open on Fridays which can be a problem if your sick on that day. If you can't get a doctor in Medford, I do highly recommend Dr. Ermshar over many others in the town. read more

In 2013 my husband went there. He was losing weight, stomach hurt and his stomach was upset. He was given pain meds and meds for his upset stomach. For 2 months he was given the meds and finally did an MRI and they said it showed nothing. I ended up taking him to the ER and they looked at the MRI and said it showed a growth plus they did a cat scan. It turns out that it was cancer of the small intestine and it was stage 4. He passed in December. I wouldn't take anyone I cared about there. Maybe if they could have caught it sooner who knows what could have happened.Quack!!! read more

the wait to get into this doctor is ridiculous he spends much of the time with you staring at your chart not talking to you.he is rude and condescending when you try and talk to him or any of his staff they really don't care about what you are saying. they dont truly listen to you or care about what you are saying. read more
