I typically drive myself to BWI for departures, so I thought no big deal to Dulles, but after doing a test run to Dulles myself, I decided nope, this wouldn't be a good plan especially after an 8hr flight. My initial contact with Tony made my decision to choose his car service an easy one. He was punctual on both points of pick up and I found riding with him very enjoyable. Tony responded to my text mssg updates promptly on my return flight info, and he bravely navigated the horrible pedestrian p/u area at Dulles. You have to be an expert to superbly execute those pick up lanes and he's a master IMO. If I ever need a ride anywhere, Main Street Cab will be my only call. Two turn lanes to turn left, I was in the left lane, taxi was in the right lane. During the turn the taxi driver started coming into my lane. I honked the horn as anyone else would. The driver swerved back into his lane, then flips me off as if I was at fault. I tried to call the company, a man picked up the phone and I started describing what happened. I was hung up on. Tired calling back several times and no one would pick up. Tried to leave a voicemail but the mailbox was full. I will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow. Also my 10 year old daughter was in the car. She screamed when it happened. Completely unprofessional company at face value.

I found Montgomery Xpress on Yelp and opted to use them versus Uber…read more I called them and made a round trip reservation for pick up at BWI and drop off a week later. I didn't have to wait, the drivers communicated with me and in the case going to the airport my driver arrived 5 mins early ! I was very happy with the service I was proved and couldn't recommend them more. I'll remember them when I return to the area.
