I probably go overboard with my research. I read reviews, check the Better Business Bureau website, and confirm licenses with the Division of Consumer Affairs. I take my responsibility seriously to make the best possible choice. With a recent move to the Cockeysville, MD area, I needed to find a car service for transportation to/from Baltimore Penn Station. The Franklin Chauffeur was not only perfect on paper, they exceeded every expectation in reality. This well established business has an efficient reservations system in place; I was easily able to set up an account and book multiple trips within minutes. The hands-on owner responds quickly to email inquiries and answers her cell phone immediately. In the trips to date, the cars have arrived on time and have been new, comfortable, and clean. A positive shout-out to the driver Buddy. He is not only a professional and courteous driver, but he is also a really great guy. The Franklin Chauffeur is first rate. I am a dedicated & loyal client that looks forward to a continued long term business relationship!
