These ambulance chaser lawyers put on the holy roller act on TV but they want slam dunk cases that don't take much work. Eason and Tambornini, A Law Corporation ROCKS!…read more I have been represented by Kyle Tambornini since approximately 2016 on a few cases, and I can confidently say that Kyle and his entire team are exceptional. When I look back on the years they worked with me, one thing stands out clearly: Kyle never promised me anything he could not guarantee. What he did promise was that he would work hard for me, and he absolutely followed through. To have your attorneys number and have him answer when you have questions has been such a satisfaction, I can't explain to you the comfort it made me feel. Kyle and his team guided me through every step of each case with patience, clarity, and professionalism. They made sure I understood what was happening, what my options were, and what the next steps would be. I never felt lost or confused because they were always there to explain everything in a way that made sense. Thanks to their dedication, persistence, and teamwork, I was awarded a settlement far larger than I ever expected. Their commitment to doing things the right way and fighting for the best possible outcome truly paid off. If you want a law firm that is honest, hardworking, and genuinely invested in your success, Eason and Tambornini is the team you want in your corner. Six Stars - The extra Star is needed because Dan and Margaret are in a class all by themselves…read more I discussed my (car) accident with numerous attorneys before selecting this firm. Fortunately, I left a message for Margaret, who immediately returned my phone call, to discuss the potentials of my case. The respect, professionalism, and comfort I felt from our discussion sealed the deal. Ultimately, Dan was my litigation attorney that, in hindsight, proved brilliant. Throughout my ordeal, we discussed my health, injuries, and the best way to address all issues. Dan was always cognizant of the litigation portion of my case and explained to me, in layman's terms, the best approach for the most positive outcome. It was refreshing to see that Dan was always one step ahead of the defendant's litigation team. In conclusion, we settled faster and for much more compensation than anybody, including the other attorneys, expected. With Dan's help, I'm healthier, wealthier, and a little bit wiser. -Remington Caldwell

I would like to acknowledge the swift response I received from attorney Tabo when I sent a request for a consultation. It speaks volumes when the business owner invests their time and free will to interact with potential leads. My review is strictly for Mason; the intake specialist I had my consult with. He was incredibly empathetic and insightful. Spending time searching for a law firm to fit your needs means you're already in a stressful situation, and I sincerely appreciated how kind-hearted and compassionate Mason was. He displayed exemplary service! I felt heard, understood and confident knowing I found a firm with concrete moral & ethical values. Hoping I can circle back and leave a review for attorney Tabo in the future. Thank you gentlemen for holding the standard high on how people should be treated, regardless of whether they are a client or not.

I would give 0 stars if I could…read more I hired Tabo Law Firm after paying a $250 consultation fee. Matt told me he was confident in my case, so I trusted him and paid a $7,500 retainer. That trust did not last long. I provided my evidence and text messages during the first week. Months later, just two hours before my final trial, Matt told me he had reviewed the evidence and suddenly said the messages created significant liability for me. Why wasn't this reviewed when he first received my evidence? I was also charged for a hearing where Matt had another trial involving a different client, and I was charged for a 7-minute phone call in which he told me he couldn't appear at my hearing because he was sick. The final trial was even more frustrating. I clearly told Matt that I wanted to present my side to the judge and let the judge decide. Instead, I was sent outside for what I was told would be a short conference. Nearly two hours later, I was brought back and told that a mutual agreement and stay-away order had been reached. This was not what I understood I was hiring him to do, and I did not feel that my wishes were properly represented. To make matters worse, my court minute order lists M. Garcia as my attorney, even though I never hired M. Garcia and do not know who that person is. After paying $7,500 plus additional fees, I expected preparation, communication, and representation--not to have my evidence reviewed at the last minute and to leave court feeling like my case was handled without my wishes being properly heard. I strongly recommend carefully reviewing every bill and every court document if you hired this firm before. My experience was extremely disappointing. Save your money and go somewhere else. Don't waste your hard-earned money here.
