Have have had employees tell lies per request of manager. First time I was told, they "" could no…read morelonger provide copies of bank statements at the drive through,"" and that,"" If I wanted a print out I would have to come inside."" I asked the employee," when did this start?"" Employee responds,"" Today."" I asked, "" Since when?"" Employee responds, "" Just now."" ( manager had just left the employee at the window just before I pull up to the window and had this conversation above). Next, 3 weeks late, (today 5-22-24), I hear the manager's voice on the intercom outside while waiting next inline at the drive through. I pull up to the drive through ( again, manager, had just left the drive-up window), another employee tells me, ""If you want a cashier's check you need to come in..."" I asked again, "" When did this start?"" His response was, "" we started this since post Covid."" Lastly, I have been banking at the Keizer branch for years. I have had issues walking and standing after 2 back surgeries and tramatic brain injuries. Likewise, Going into the bank is a physical hardship for me and this branch manager has repeatively singled me out. This bank manager is having the employees lie for her about services provided. I have been purchashing monthly cashiers checks for house payments for years at this branch (at the drive through ), and it's never been a post-Covid decision to not sell at the window untill today. My review is related to poor customer service, lying to justify not providing service and management having not yet learned principles before personalities and being bias towards specific people. This is definitely POST-Covid, after being with maps for 8 years now (that's roughtly 90 checks). There are other incidents were I have heard the manager make comments that are very unprofessional and demonstrates she feels under appreciated and this bank manager doesn't treat all people the same. I invite the banks administration office to contact me related to this bank manager's behaviors.
