Was told bank program then switched to open market then back to bank. Paperwork requests extreme and numerous. Loan agent did not return phone calls or emails timely. Loan closing took almost 4 months. Closing paperwork done incorrectly. Did not put house in name of trust. Closing paperwork done incorrectly. Did not properly set up impound account for insurance and taxes. Had to ask for copies of final closing paperwork. Get your home mortgage somewhere else !

This is a problem when payment is due on a Sunday, go to make payment on Saturday and it does not post until Monday. Online platform is not intuitive and often find it difficult to make an online payment. Most recent update moved the "make payment" button. Initial payment was a true pain because i wanted to use outside bank account to pay car loan, system and process is not friendly to outside bank use. The customer service at the Cunningham Drive location is pathetic. My mom was accused of lying by…read moreone of the managers after she inquired about the whereabouts of her pension funds that should have been in her account. The manager told my mom she had no account, and when my mom insisted she did and had been withdrawing from it for years, the woman shouted at my mom, calling her a liar. She then stood up, closed her office door, and continued to call my mom a liar, insisting there was no account with the checking number my mom provided. This credit union also caused funds for her life insurance company to be insufficient because the money was never transferred from my mom's account to my dad's, where the payment is withdrawn. The same manager told my mom she would have to pay an insufficient funds fee despite it being the credit union's mistake. On the way out, my mom, who was very upset by this time, mumbled that something was wrong with the woman who had been bullying her. Another staff member overheard this and informed the manager. The manager then went to the door of the building and told my mom that if she returned with "that attitude," she would be banned from the building. I was incensed when I heard about this and called to find out whom my mom could file a complaint with. Jasmine Gissentanna called me three days later and spoke to me first and then my mom. My mom was asked to call back with some information needed by Jasmine, and when my mom called back, Jasmine was never available. No one has reached out to my mom since then. Do not open any type of account at this credit union because the staff is incompetent and hostile. They have a clique situation there, and it's affecting the customers.

Came in for some loan/vehicle title things and barely waited 2 minutes. The staff was quick, efficient and patient. I want to say a special thanks to Erica and Craig for being incredibly helpful as well. I was especially happy to see an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser at the front being a nurse and what not. Haha, if I didn't live 45 minutes away I would definitely visit again for any inquiries with my NFCU account.

The wait in line even if it is a long line is max 15 minutes, the staff at this location want to assist you as quickly and professionally as possible.
