History
Established in 2012.
At a young age, Bita and her family moved from Iran and planted their roots in Los Angeles, California. Bita's passion for learning and teaching began to sprout, and she continued her education at UCLA, where she graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and Education.
Bita's devotion to educate and help others continues to grow and evolve. Currently, Bita is a Yo San University faculty member, sees patients in her Beverly Hills office, is a practicing LifestyleCoach, and is a Certified Instructor teaching private classes in movement art forms. Bita is also a recurrent Qi Gong instructor at Tao of Wellness Detox Retreats. Bita holds a special place for children and educates elementary age students about Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Tai Chi. She demonstrates a specific art-form move to the students and helps get them in touch with themselves and their feelings to better manage issues, such as test stress, anger, anxiety, restlessness, and hyperactivity.
