I decided to pop into their Skin Renewal Center to see what they offered. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who "helped" me. She saw me walk in, turned her back and when I was waiting at the counter she turned again and asked if someone was helping me. I laughed (thought she was joking) and said no. She asked with rolling her eyes, what i needed. I replied with "what do you offer here?" It was like pulling teeth. She made it abundantly clear I wasn't welcomed. She was condescending and mean. I'm a queer woman and I could sense that she really didn't want to deal with me. Well, I'm happy to take my money else where, and you should too. F her and F Skin Renewal Center. Girl, bye.

Being my first experience, I was a bit nervous, but Kelli made me feel at ease. She was gentle and reassuring, checking in with me throughout the entire process to ensure my comfort. Kelli worked her magic on my lips, transforming them from uneven and thin to full and beautifully symmetrical. The cheek fillers worked wonders, making my dark circles practically disappear! I also appreciated how she followed up with me throughout the week regarding my recovery; such a thoughtful touch;) What I value most is how she listened to my preference for a natural look. Danielle walked me through every step and answered all questions I had before I could ask! Not only was this a wonderful experience, but I will surely be coming back for more treatments here based on how I was treated! The BBL treatment itself was smooth but of course a little pain was expected. Where the skin is thinner was probably a 7/10 (under eyes, around your nose) everywhere else 4/10 and manageable. The Moxi you are prenumbed and that's probably a 1/10 or 2/10. You don't feel that at all. AFTER however is a different story, expect a sunburn like feel! I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it's breezy. Follow you're given directions and you're good to go! I am 6 days post, and my skin is looking absolutely wonderful. I can't wait in a couple of weeks for the healed result. Thank you so much Danielle and the staff for making me feel comfortable! I went looking for non surgical treatment regarding the skin on my face and neck. I was newly…read moreretired at the time and felt like I could use a refresher. During the consultation it was recommended that I have their Halo treatment for the skin surface and any sun damage and pigmentation problems. It was also recommended I have two Softwave treatments, this would supposedly generate new collagen growth underneath the surface. The before and after pictures for the Softwave were definitely impressive, but fair warning here, also VERY deceptive. I personally saw nothing like the before and after pictures in their brochures, in fact the esthetician and I looked at my before and after pictures and agreed there was little if any difference! I certainly appreciated here honesty in agreeing that there really was no change, especially when you consider how excruciatingly painful these 2 Softwave procedures were. I am not exaggerating when I say I have never been in such prolonged pain in my life, each session took at least an hour and this was after a topical anesthetic was applied! The esthetician even remarked that she had other clients who were also dissatisfied and that she was considering reaching out to the Softwave company to ask that something be done for her dissatisfied clients. She asked me if I would like to consider getting a third treatment at no cost to myself. I told her at the time that I just didn't think I could endure a third treatment even if it were free, considering also that there was NO improvement with the first two treatments, but that I wouldn't least think about it and get back with her. I did ultimately reach out to her through email, not necessarily inquiring about a third treatment, but maybe to discuss a slight reimbursement in the cost of the original procedure which was 4800$, if not that, maybe a couple of gift cards, that I could use on their very pricey skincare products. She never responded to my email. And to add insult to injury, I did have a gift card valued at 125$ that came with my skincare package that totaled just under 6500$ (this included the Halo,) (which is a whole other disappointment) that I won't go into here. And that gift card that came with the package actually expired before I even had the chance to use it. I mentioned that I had no idea it would expire, (it was in the fine print, not on the card itself) Nope, they wouldn't honor it! I am writing this review for others who are considering Bengston, just be careful! Lower any expectations you may have that you will notice any improvement whatsoever. And most of all buyer beware. In retrospect for me it was like pissing hard earned money into the wind. Hard lesson learned!!! After a year, I reached out to request a revision because I was still unhappy with the results and the response I received left me disappointed. I feel that if there were any concerns about being able to achieve the desired outcome, that should have been discussed before taking me on as a patient. 12/19/2022 are my before and 8/25/2023 are 6 months after.
