That's when I learned it had a name: sciatica. For a while, I tried to manage the pain with basic stretches, but last year I decided to get an X-ray--just to be safe. The results were honestly shocking: I was diagnosed with L4-L5 disc degeneration, which was the root cause of all my pain. So I started physical therapy. I'm sure a lot of people don't regularly check those emails, so I think it's important to let customers know when they're booking an appointment. The office was very nice, clean and bright. I arrived early for my massage, but the therapist did not see me until almost ten minutes after my scheduled massage time. The massage however was pretty good. Not as hard as I would have liked it but what I liked was that he kept asking me if the pressure was good or not. Or if the massaging helps. He tried to go harder. After the massage was the adjustment... I saw the doctor briefly and it seemed pretty quick. I told him about the pain in my neck and he helped me realize why I've been having it. The adjustment was pretty quick... about 5-6 minutes. After the massage and the adjustment, they gave me a coupon for my next visit: $25 for your next adjustment. Seems like a pretty good deal.
