I needed my MacBook Pro battery to be replaced. I have…read moreplaced the order, but there was no communication about what to do next, maybe I need some instructions or a shipping label? I contacted them after a few working days and they thought that they had already communicated all that to me. (Obviously not). I have gotten the instructions (finally) and have sent my laptop, and they have received it. It was said that I would be contacted when the repair would be done. Guess what? I was not contacted at all. Instead after a week, I received someone's iPad, which was rather confusing. On the same day, I received my laptop. They have fixed the battery but my laptop could not close fully There was a small crack where the Mac logo is so the repair engineer covered it with a small piece of plastic to avoid moisture or dust getting into the system. This is lovely, but I did not need that, and now I need to remove some pieces of plastic. As a result, now I need to send the iPad bask and waste my time, removing the plastic which is glued, and I did not ask for it. To give an analogy it is like getting your car brakes fixed. But nobody talks to you. You just need to open your chakras to feel what to do next., when the brakes will be done? When your brakes are fixed they will give you your car but without the front door closing properly, because there was a crack. Ah, yes, there will be a pushbike in the back seat. They will ask you to send it back to them, and obviously apologise for the inconvenience.

After much searching and deliberation, we chose Freshlinx to build and service our website. Our brief was to build a vibrant and engaging platform from which we could sell both downloads and physical products (t'shirts etc. ) and also promote our artists/releases/events. It had to: - be simple and intuitive to use for the customer. - incorporate an e-commerce solution which allows the user to preview audio before buying. - utilize various social media feeds. - have a high presence in google and other search engines. As 'hands on kinda guys' it was also important for us to be able to update products in the shop, artist profiles and pics, images and links on the front page slider, and the news section ourselves. The freshlinx team not only talked us through how to do these things via email/phone, but also embedded tutorial videos so we could go over anything we might forget - initially we thought this was overkill but over time they have proved invaluable. The Freshlinx team have been a joy to work with, from the initial consultation stage right through to the finished product and on through aftercare. They were able to translate technical nous into terms we could easily understand, and offered advice on how to build on and improve the site and how we use it. The fact we were able to arrange face to face consultations was a major plus for our peace of mind.
