The receptionist said they had gotten a new system so things were not quite working right. But I was able to hold the massage reservation with my credit card. If you are staying at the hotel, they recommend you come in the robe from your room which I did. I waited a few minutes in their lounge then my therapist Marisol came and got me. She took me to a nice room around the corner. I got an 80 minute massage. Marisol did a good job working all of my various body parts and ask about the pressure. I said she could actually go hard and she did. Overall a really nice massage. Its a small space so it does not have a changing room or shower facilities so I just went back to my room to shower.

We're not talking about basic stretches either, were talking full blown legs up in the air, grunting obnoxiously, doing the splits. Last time I was in there, he was literally doing the splits on his back; spread eagle for all to see! The only reason I'm putting this review in is because the owner and / or management need to know about this. I have already complained twice to the front desk, but the 20yr old kid on shift isn't going to do anything about it. Front desk kid even said they 'talked to the guy already, but he wont stop.' Hey how about suspending his membership? Then revoking it? It's not rocket science how to solve this problem. I don't care if he wants to stretch so he can get good at 'the splits' and I don't care that he wants to be nude, I care that he wants to do both at the same time and take up half the fkng sauna. Wear speedo shorts or don't put your balls up in the air. It's one or the other my guy. For clarity, I have included some images (not sure what yelp did with them) to help demonstrate to management the types of moves this guy is doing (while naked). He is visually assaulting my retinas and I've had enough of his inappropriate exhibitionist behavior. I'm just as tolerant as anyone else, but this creep has got to go!

Love the hot spring water. Love the sauna. The cold plunge is doing its thing. The view is soothing and you can smell the wood burning smell in the air. Somehow, it was incredibly grounding. When your 90 min is up. They give you a nice notice from the intercom. We went out shortly after and spend some time shopping at the gift store. In Europe most rooms are smaller than these! The suites on the 3rd floor are much larger, for extended stays I would opt for these. Our room was clean, great bedding and all was fine. The hotel restaurant, Low and Slow only serves pizza and it's great. Check days of operation. Our recommendations for dining within an easy walk. Santa Cafe, Horto and the upscale Sazon.
