He was unreliable in the communication department and never quick to respond to my inquiries. He rescheduled multiple times, even though I made it perfectly clear in the beginning I needed the repairs done ASAP because I had a painting crew scheduled to begin the following week. With each conversation he would resort to using words like "probably" and "should be" more and more, it eventually seemed like he did not want do the job at all. The afternoon he was supposed to come out (a week later) he called me at 1:08pm and said he was wrapping up another job, going to purchase my material, and would be at my house around 3:00. I sat at my house until 4:45 and he didn't even bother to call. That's not only disrespectful, it's insulting. His excuse? A broken window in his truck. I told him if he couldn't be out the next morning to forget about it. He also blatantly ignored that message until the next morning, then he finally apologized and said he could be out "later" after he vacuumed up the glass in his truck. I asked him to define "later" and he never responded. Very inconsiderate. Thankfully I had the foresight to prepare a solid backup plan. It is just sad because I could tell Ben was in the early stages of starting his own business and I really felt good about giving him a chance, but he failed miserably. It pains me to leave this review, but wasting a potential customer's time is something that I refuse to let slide. Best of luck Ben I hope you can get it together.

We have contacted both Harold (the owner) and his son Nick who do the repairs on their properties and no one has come to fix the issue, we contacted them immediately as well as everyday after. Do not rent from these folks as they are slum lords who take your money but if you have an issue refuse to work on the property. I plan on contacting the state after this. Since it is Christmas Eve and we have a roof caving in while they sit fat and happy driving their Lexus and in a fully warm home.
