The price is phenomenal as well as what is offered in terms of equipment available for rent and back drops. The person doing check ins is friendly. I like the streamlined online booking process as well. It's also nice that each studio has a wireless speaker available for use while shooting. The only issue is the air conditioning. It is very hot in there in the summer with one large industrial window unit in the back that's supposed to keep the whole shotgun style suite cool. So air doesn't circulate well. I was really excited for my first studio shoot at Walden Bond Studio, but unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I paid upfront, and I was supposed to receive two edited photos, but the photographer ignored all my calls and messages. It went straight to voicemail every time. The edits were never delivered, and he never followed up. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since this was my first time in a studio. I hope others can be cautious before booking here." I've been using this studio for a little over 2 years now, and I must say out of all the studios I've ever used this one is by far the best! The staff is SO wonderful especially the new woman up front and the man who owns it! They are always so accommodating and make sure all your needs are met. The studio spaces are huge and are always in great shape! The price is also awesome for 25$ an hour you get so much creative space. The studio was accommodating and the owner was very helpful. Even though my client was over an hour late, he made sure that everything would be suitable for when they arrived. The only issue is the spaces are not private so any loud music, conversations, or commotion is able to be heard throughout the studio. read more

Loved using this space for many years. Will never use again. Terrible customer service. We had something come up and needed to push to the next day which was wide open. Owner was rude and firm on policy of no refunds or interest in helping even though he had absolute ability to accommodate. Over the years we've never been late, never gone over time, never had to reschedule or cancel. Customer service goes a long way. We're happy to take our business elsewhere. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Place was filthy and loud. The white infinity wall had cracks, dirt, black marks and holes in it! I couldn't even hear my photographer a few feet away from me. People next to us didn't know how to work equipment and kept stealing the flash. I should have walked out but drive too far to leave at that point. Bathrooms were unbelievably disgusting and "makeup station and changing room" were a joke! read more

If I could put a 0 I would...I was coming to ATL from NY to do some fashion shooting and had booked the studio well in advance. Anyone who works with people in the fashion industry know that things change last second; as was the case with this shoot (it got pushed back one day). Despite the fact that there were no bookings for the studio on the new day, the day I had initially booked, or the day AFTER I had booked, the studio was unwilling to simply switch the date, even after my willingness to pay a booking change fee. If I was the only booking over the course of 3 days, why was the studio so unwilling to take the extra fee money and change the day? I ended up going with Kissworks Studios, a great studio with really friendly staff willing to help anyway they can..I go to Atlanta for agency testing frequently, and will stick with Kissworks from now on.
