They did the other but not an alignment. Now have a tire going bald on the inside. They also do not check the air as a curtesy even though the dummy light is on. They upped the labor fees and service has gone down hill. Found out I needed bearings. Not amused as they should have seen that. Pluse breaks and rotors. Not a word from them. Never going there again and I have been going there since 1990.

lets start...went in and informed the desk manager that i had a problem with my front right side…read morebrake...it was squealing very loudly..grinding and would grab hard just at final break to stop... he said we will check it and call you... Problem --there was never a work order drawn up ...completed nor signed few hours later was called to say problem found brake pad had broken away thus exposing the caliper piston to the rotor and damaging rotor and needed new pads..thus these were needed to be replaced..i informed him to go ahead...when i went to retrieve truck ..i reviewed the work sheet and found that they did complete brake job on ..both sides of front....this was never explained...written down to be authorised ..nor authorised on my part...what was a simple brake job on one side was turned into a full brake job on the front end..I should have been wary of this location when the proper industry wide standards were not followed...byer beware

We brought the van in to Canadian Tire the next day for it yearly e-test, and they informed us that the tires on the van were "way to big for it, and extremely unsafe". In their defence, the people at Marks Union Tires did tell us that the tires they were installing were a different size, but when I asked them if it was not only acceptable but SAFE, the assured me that it was.

too bad you don't accept dealer ratings of 0. this one deserves it. two words describe this dealer…read more bait and switch. after sending credit card, arranging insurance, expect them to suddenly say "oops that car was sold . my bad" can we apply your deposit to our next delivery? won't be long ... 6-12 weeks! this only happened to FOUR TIMES. EVEN THEIR COMPANY LAWYER will not return my call.
