Drew assured me he would fix it in a timely manner, but here I am a year later still with a broken window. After scheduling repairs he didn't show up, and I now have to resort to paying a different company to fix my window, as Drew has completely stopped responding. The people who recommended him to me had a similar experience with their vinyl siding, they have tried to contact Drew and he never returns calls because of the urgency of their situation they had to call another company in to have it fixed. He has the best attitude, going to work right away to find the right person to design the system and the right products to use with a multi-tank and sand mound solution. While it wasn't cheap, Creekview's estimate was accurate with no overruns. Creekview worked with our township inspector and arranged for subcontractors in this complex project. At the end of it all, his crew graded and seeded the lawn in both the area of the septic system and everywhere the heavy equipment had caused damage. For professionalism, great work and coming in on budget Creekview and Mervin are the best. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
