First impression always matter! These people are rundown and collect teeth like their Abram. I went…read morehere to get my tooth pulled had an appointment for 9:30am walked in and I was told to write my name on the clipboard. I was number 9 on the list, instantly irritated because why do we have an appointment? Next I'm sitting in the waiting area since 9:30 wasn't see until 11:45am the medical assistant came got me and didn't even tell me to take my coat off. Just put the X-ray gown on me and took my X-rays. Put me in the room, didn't clip the towel over me just laid it on my chest and left. The doctor came in the room around 12:00 noon! Mind you I had a 9:30am appointment! He numbed my mouth, told me to wait 5 mins he will be back. I started feeling shaky because I was uncomfortable! It's only one doctor, one medical assistant and a front desk lady. No real structure or workflow. He came back into the room and started pulling my tooth, I told him to stop immediately because I could still feel the pain. He numb me again and again still was feeling the pain while he is tugging on my tooth not gentle enough but rough as if he had somewhere to be ! I told him he hurting. He said well you do have an infection on the tooth and it's going to be painful. I could put you to sleep for $250 like ummmm no if I have an infection why would you pull my tooth without me taking care of the infection first! Diabolical so I am crying from the pain. He like okay I'll send meds and we will resume next week! I was left in the room crying the medical assistant is like okay you can head to the front. As she is setting up the room for the next patient. He was so rough in my mouth just going for it instead of easing my way in. I advise the lady in the front about how rough he was she said did you tell him I said no. My mom asked her what is the next steps because she is the one who recommended me. The front desk lady tells me and my mom I'm being overly sensitive!! Like I'm not in pain! The doctors comes out my mom is speaking to him and he goes I been doing this for years. I said okay but your bed side manner sucks. I wouldn't recommend this place ! They're a money grab for the low income community! It's a hole in the wall, equipment looks rusty!

The service at this place was atrocious. My 90 year old Grandmother had an extraction on 8.18. I…read morewas out-of the country and learned of the issue last night. She was given a local due to her age. I understand that completely. After the local was administered, my GrandMother could feel him starting to pull so she told Dr. Ezra that she needed more. The second local was dripping in her mouth so that tells me that it was not fully placed in the area needed. She was SCREAMING. Her aide and the people in the wait area could hear her. Can you freaking imagine this. No comfort provided by this man at all. When the procedure was done, he dropped the tooth in the pan, said we are done and walked out. What type of care is this? Where is the compassion? My GrandMother walked out, met her aide in the reception area. The aide asked the front desk if they were done. She was ignored. When my GrandMothers car came, she asked once again. They were busy talking and ignored my GrandMother. She was not given any after care instructions, nothing at all. When she got back home, the aide googled what to do and called my Aunt who gave her the instructions she was given by her Doctor when she had an extraction a few months prior. Shameful. Is this how you treat people? I left a text message for Ezra to call me. When he called, I explained what happened. He proceeded to tell me that she was given instructions and must have misplaced it. His tone was off putting and that is when I got upset. I told him that she never received instructions. He proceeded to tell me she did and that he has seen over 3k people and they all receive instructions. I told him are you suggesting that she left it at the front desk. He said she must have. I said no. She never received it. He proceeded to argue me down. I then asked about the local, he said he could not give her more than what he gave her. I have to accept that I guess. I then asked why didn't you or someone call to check on her. She is 90. Anything could have happened after. He said we don't do that. WOW. I guess you can only expect compassion when you have certain types of insurance. Every single family member of ours who is in her age range, has received after care instructions and a call after their extractions. He then said this is moot. The procedure is done and she is fine. I said, it is not moot. You are disgusting. Your attitude socks and I am reporting you and I hung up. Stay far away from here.
