This is the A&A Glass repair shop on south 22nd Ave. in Meridian Ms. Have had my windshield chips…read morefixed twice and took my mother's vehicle to them to have replaced. Recently one of the chips began to crack in three directions from the repaird spot. I took it back after a couple months (they claim a one year guarantee). they said they could refund my money or apply the cost of the chip repair to a new windshield. Not satisfied with their work in repairing the chip, I asked for a refund that they had mentioned. They then asked why I didn't want them to do the work to replace the windshield and I said I preferred to try another shop. they then stated They were not going to refund me as stated and said have a nice day. Out $60 but will not do business with lying, poor workmanship establishment again!

The tech then told me there wasn't anything they could do for the chip but could possibly stop the large crack. What?! There wasn't a crack in the windshield. I had just washed thd windshield at the gas station. I ended up paying to try & stop the crack that was not there when I arrived at the shop...+ no warranty. It is a valuable lesson. Take pictures of the issue before you allow anyone to work on your car. Dissappointing!

She helped get our insurance to pay for the cost. They fixed us in less than 30 mins and we were on our way to New Orleans. About 5 miles down the interstate another rock took a chip out of the windshield and so we turned around and went back. They laughed and we fixed that chip as well. Unfortunately we noticed that one of the chips is starting to split so we may need another repair!!!! I still appreciate all their help!!!
