I disclosed from the beginning that my case was a complex one so if it wasn't in their forte to not drag it out like it was but that's exactly what they did. Every bit of effort and all of the information that I gave them was such a waste of my time considering that they kept asking me to fill out more and more forms then they'd ghost me for months at a time and ask me to fill out more forms all to just get bored of my case altogether and drop it completely without any previous notice and with absolutely no explanation.
