This is something we both really enjoy and are always willing to spend the best money on the best service. We decided that Wild Rose was the spot and they got us both in on our second to last day for 90 min massage. Unfortunately when we showed up we were told that one of the massage therapists had become sick and needed to head home. Sounds like a bummer right? Well without going into the details the manager Spencer made things right. The world needs more business minded people like this, caring about people is always the best way to run any establishment. I had seen a neurosurgeon, neurologist, pain specialist, and had physical therapy and various treatments without ever getting much relief.Mary treated me with both acupuncture and massage and gentle movement of my neck. Her treatments are very gentle and she is careful not to cause any pain. I have gotten amazing results from the treatment. The amount of pain and headaches are greatly decreased. I have definitely gained range of motion in my neck. The amount of relaxation that I can feel in my neck and upper back after a treatment is really wonderful.Mary always talks with me about my overall health and asks if there are any other areas that need treatment. She has helped me with lower back issues and knee issues when things have come up. But I mainly see her on a regular basis for neck and upper back discomfort. My visits are always comforting and helpful.

The surgery alleviated the bone spur impingements, but it was Mary's gentle massage that brought me back to functional physical and mental health. I highly recommend Mary to anyone who has experienced physical trauma but also to anyone who simply wants to experience more joy in life. I used to think of massage as pure luxury, but now I understand that it is truly a life-affirming therapeutic necessity.

I am a hair stylist so my arms and back tend to have a lot of pain, I have some carpal tunnel as well. I've gotten a lot of different massages over the years working in spas etc and it was a very relaxing experience but it would always temporarily heal my knots or pain ect. I do see a chiropractor so I know that this is a long term thing I have to fix but my experience with Erin at haw ridge has just completely blown Me away. Not only is she sweet as pie and made me so comfortable but she's extremely talented she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my massage and during consultation but the work that she did was not just relaxing but specialized and unlike my other times with massage. I had cupping done and myofascial release plus swedish massage. I left there feeling like butter, feeling amazing emotionally and physically and because of the specialized work that I had done my entire next week or two at work I did not feel the pain like I'm used too. It really changed my experience in massage for me. I highly recommend erin I will be back to see her now on a regular basis this is not something that I'm used to but when you know you know! go see erin at Hawk Ridge therapeutic !
