When approaching the owner about issues, all he did was blame us and yell as if we were the problem. We have had the site for several years and will be moving very soon.. Here are the issues: - Website Configuration - Out of date and VERY static. - No and I mean NO documentation - Buggy website back end - If you are in e-commerce, forget it! - Only allows for one shipping option and if that has a glitch, you get caught with the full cost of shipping. - Variations of product is very limited - "WHEN" you get a hold of support, they rarely ever follow up Don't get me wrong - they are more then happy to provide customizations at a cost that are pretty standard with other providers. I would give it less then 1 star if I could.
