I was promised that it would be made and delivered that day. It's Thursday afternoon and has still not been delivered. I called the store and the man who answered was very rude, never apologized and said "it's a busy time of year." He then told me it had been delivered. When I told him it was not, I was told, "maybe you'll have better luck with another florist." I ended the call. He called back to say the arrangement was still sitting in their back room and has not been delivered. Despite not being delivered four days after it was supposed to be, they charged my account earlier in the week. Horrible customer service. Still no product, despite being charged for the arrangement and the delivery.

The arrangement was not delivered until May 15th and was not the arrangement that I had ordered. When I called to Schroeder's to inquire about this, Karen basically told me that they were catching up from deliveries that could not be delivered on Mother's Day. No apology, nothing. Everything digressed from there. I was not asking for a refund nor did I mention it, however, I think that an acknowledgement and apology would have been nice. I am assuming that this is their normal operating procedure. I guess that I should feel lucky that my mom eventually received her flowers.

This is the worst landscaping company ever. I spent several thousand dollars with them last year to…read moreget landscaping put in. Some things died and they had to be replaced. I spoke to them in April about replacing things. Also one of my yew bushes died and that needed replacement as well. I am not exaggerating when I say I called 20 times or more to get them to come out and replace the landscaping. They never returned me calls and I suspect it wasn't a big enough project for them to want to come out. Here's the thing, I bought the landscaping from them so I was stuck to have them take care of it in follow up. I have NEVER had to call multiple times to get work done with no response. It truly was unbelievable. The person that answered the phones near me by name and was always very embarrassed that they did not get back to me. it was the the fault of The actual landscape designers. The designers just wouldn't call back. I would never recommend this landscaping company. They don't follow up or follow through with their work. I still have landscaping that needs to be done and at this point I'm going to pay someone else to do it. Of note, I already paid them to do the work upfront because I thought that would make them come out faster. That was a big mistake as well. When I moved to Green Bay 20 years ago I was told that they were the best. That is why I picked them for this landscaping project and I regret it thoroughly. I would also like to say I was always very polite every time I called. I know being rude and complaining doesn't get you anywhere in this day and age.

They say they will stand behind them but not really true. Bought my mom a big plant for Mothers Day. It really never bloomed much and then died and dried up. My mom definitely has a green thumb. She tried to exchange it but no luck. So I went in to talk to them about a return for a different plant and was told sorry nothing we can do. You would think they would care more about regular customers buy I guess not. I was quite surprised they didn't really care. I won't ever go back and will be sure to share my experiences.

She was looking for moss roses, which they also don't carry. She was interested in another flower they did have but the employee we were talking to was distracted by a vehicle that had pulled in. Clearly a friend, as she abruptly left stating the lady needed help and left us standing there. Another employee came by without acknowledging us. I told my mom that we were done. They were not interested in our business. We went to Wery's where they are always happy, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have moss roses and veggies.
