I had a little misunderstanding at first with something I purchased here, but the way the owner and…read morestaff handled it completely turned my experience around. They personally reached out, explained the story behind the piece in detail, and made sure I understood the true value of what I had received. It turns out it wasn't just a regular item, but a one-of-a-kind handcrafted art piece that they had gone out of their way to offer at a very fair price. What impressed me most was how much time and effort they took to clarify things and make it right. They were also quick to acknowledge and apologize for a small hiccup with opening time, which shows me they truly care about their customers and their reputation. That kind of honesty and follow-through is something I really appreciate in a business. Because of how they handled everything, I'll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for unique, quality pieces and great customer service.

I was younger and was on parole for a little bit of trouble I'd been in, I had it coming, but I couldn't stay clean to pass a piss test. While I was in, a guy mentioned the Whizzinator. One place had a couple left, but they were for a black man. Me being a white man ruled that store out, and something caused me to turn my head while driving by and I saw the name of the store and bingo, a new shipment had just arrived and The Minds Eye saved my bacon and got free of parole.
