What a top notch medical practice. The office staff is kind, efficient, and responsive. When I…read morerecently called with an issue that they felt should be dealt with quickly, they called me very late in the day (after 6 p.m.) when they had a chance, and made every effort to work me in the following day. They even placed phone calls to the imaging center to also work me into their busy schedule, rather than being content with what they saw in the scheduling system - in which case, I would not have been seen for a few days. Dr. Woodworth has been my surgeon consult for a couple of times now for what have turned out to be non-serious issues, thankfully. But he is thorough, compassionate, and communicates and educates his patients about all the possibilities and options. Most impressive, when I was waiting the results of a biopsy he called me personally on a Friday at 5 p.m. to let me know the results. Although I wasn't expecting the results until Monday, when he received them on Friday, he wanted to let me know as soon as possible. That is a caring medical professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone requiring a surgical consult.

Do not go here without insurance or knowing the fee beforehand. My fault for not double-checking…read morewith my insurance that they would cover. However, without insurance, you will spend a ridiculous amount for a PT to look at you and give you two exercises to perform. I should have been told the amount of what it would cost before being admitted without insurance because they had yet to verify my insurance even though I was referred to by my doctor and they had that information. If they needed more, they had my phone number to call. Don't worry though, the fee can be paid for a gym membership anywhere in the area and cover you for a year, instead of an hour. When asked about reducing the cost they "asked" about it, but I could tell they never intended to try and help.

Dr. Wood came into my life again, when after cancer treatment, I developed a hernia from coughing when I had Covid. Good guy and great surgeon. Just like most people these days I turned to Facebook & Twitter to find out who was the best ENT in NorthWestArkansas and Dr.Manning's name was mentioned multiple times and Dr. Felicia Johnson was a very close second. I called his office immediately to setup a consultation and he was booked two months out which I thought was a good sign. Located in Springdale (Harbor meadows) the building was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking when I get there even though it was packed inside. The young lady at the front desk had me fill out some information and I proceeded to wait for 30 mins or so until my name was called. They actually called me back about 5 mins past my scheduled appointment time which isn't bad considering how busy the place was. The facilities are very nice and clean, they seem to pay close attention detail based off my observation. I found Dr. Manning to be personable and extremely knowledgeable, he also did a great job of explaining things in lemans terms after speaking professional jargon. My wife was very impressed with him and he did a great job of walking her through the challenges I would experience after surgery. First forward to my surgery ... The procedure was done on the 3rd floor of the Jones building in Springdale which is located behind Northwest Medical Center. I had to sit down with an accountant to fill out paperwork, she was very friendly and encouraged me to pay my balance up front to save 10%. ALL of the nurses that I worked with were so awesome they made me, my wife and mother all feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They even wheeled me down to the car when it was time for me to go, I hope I never have to get another Septoplasty but if I do I'll for-sure go back to Dr. Manning for sure.
