they charged me for a service they did not complete, the removal of a specific stump…read more They had been completing the work on different days, and billing me as they went, and I didn't pay the bill for the $150 stump removal because they didn't remove the stump yet, I thought they were coming back. Then, they threatened to send me to collections over it. I told them the stump was not removed, they sent me a picture of dirt in the wrong place and said that was where they removed the stump. There was no stump present in the area of the photo they showed me at the base of my tree claiming they had removed the stump. There was no stump there. never trust anyone on your property without "before pictures," they can literally lie and send you to collections. So I ended up paying $150 for the removal of a stump that is STILL THERE TO THIS DAY. The office staff were rude and condescending regarding a service that they had not even completed. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They demanded payment for a service not rendered and threatened to send me to collections at a time when I was vulnerable and did not have the bandwidth to fight back. Never ever hire someone to remove something off your property without before photos, I did not know how easy it was for them to lie and send you to collections when they have failed to complete the work. edit to add: yelp will not permit me to reply to your comment. Take it up with your office staff. Upon further review, I sent you multiple emails regarding this issue, none of which received a reply. Take it up with your office staff, since apparently you don't know what they're up to.
