He kept pushing the completion date back and showing up less and less. He then ghosted them completely and left the house in demo, with the back yard completely unusable, and the project completely unfinished. He was asked to come up with a fair number for hours worked and to refund the remainder of the money he was paid for work undone and he EFUSED! Reviews were posted on his personal website and they are no longer visible. He was paid a total of $24,325 and all he did was make a huge mess. They waited months for him to do something, but he always had an excuse or just didn't communicate at all. A new contractor was hired and had the entire project completed in 2 weeks. Mike was hired in August 2023 and the new contractor was hired in July024. Mike had 11 months to do the job. He didn't want to talk about these problems or make a plan for refunding money for undone work. Instead, what he did was threaten legal action when a bad review was placed. We have a huge folder an inch thick with all the documentation you'll ever need to see. He is completely unreliable and a THIEF!!
