AWFUL DISRESPECTFUL AND FULL OF LIES!! We had a spot reserved for our daughter which cost us almost…read more$900 as described to us as half of the first months fee and would be fully refundable to us by Amanda when we originally met with her a couple months ago should we change our mind about using this daycare. We decided not to use this daycare and have been calling multiple times a day for weeks but there is no answering service on the phone and no one will answer to try and inform them we wont be taking the spot, even have sent an email with no response. They finally answered today which is still 35 days notice if they had answered or had an answering machine we would have given them 47 days notice. She proceeds to try and make me feel guilty on the phone for 'not giving them very much notice to fill our spot' and then the same person we originally met with Amanda now says $95 of our 'fully refundable deposit' is now not refundable. But she would call me back if she could refund any of it due to my 'lack of notice.' My husband takes time off work to go in and discuss with them and no one will answer his knocks so he decides to call while standing in the lobby. He literally watched someone in the office decide to not answer the phone while he is standing in the entrance calling. He ends up talking to Amanda's daughter who tells him that the deposit is fully refundable. A few hours later he gets a call back and the guy on the phone says the $95 is a registration fee.. we never actually registered we still have the registration packet on the counter at home, and the registration fee is non-refundable. To which he begins to question why it is not refundable since it is a registration fee and we were never registered and the guy says "I'm sorry you feel that way" it has nothing to do with feeling a certain way, they are charging us for a service never rendered. To end the phone call the guy tells my husband "WELL IT IS A GOOD THING YOUR DAUGHTER ISN'T COMING TO OUR DAYCARE."

We absolutely love Noah's Ark. Our two-year old has been with them for 8 months now. I was very…read morenervous at first as he had only ever been with a private caregiver, but they have eased all of our fears and surpassed every expectation. Not only do they give us daily report cards, but the teachers take time to talk to every parent at pick up about how their day went. Our little guy went through a bought of upset tummies and they were excellent about trouble shooting with us and tracking his meals with a food diary so we could get to the bottom of the issue. At two and a half our son knows all of his ABC's, counts to 10 in three languages, knows all of his colors, animals and even knows sign language, all thanks to the staff at Noah's Ark! We could not have found a better group of people to love and care for our son!

There might be cameras but Annette definitely knows where the blind spots are. I've witnessed Annette put a child in a closet, down stairs across from bathrooms, and close the door telling him "Behave and you can come out". The stairs are not videoed and Annette has drug children up and down them when they don't do what she wants. Arm yanking is a daily occurrence especially if your child likes to be a child. Even worse is Julie who knows this behavior happens and continues to keep Annette as her lead teacher, turning a blind eye to this awful behavior. I can't count the many times the toddler room had breakouts of hand foot and mouth disease. There was black mold growing in a closet and was never properly treated. They scop from costco and when there was a listeria recall, the food was still served, as to not cost Julie more money.These two are a disgrace to childcare and this facility is seen as a money maker to Julie. How it is funded by Washington state is beyond me. It was too much for me and I walked out one day when Julie didn't show up to discuss an issue I had with child treatment. Julie even had the audacity to keep my last paycheck when I showed to pick it up. I would have reported them but threats by Julie and Annette are a thing they do to keep poor childcare under wraps. If you care about your children, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!

Navy family transferred from San Diego in March of 2019. The duration of my son's visit was VERY short due to staff. My son QUICKLY developed nightmares and MAJOR mood swings. He would scream for FEAR when dropping him off. During his second week, my son came home with a Red SWATTING mark behind(PAINFUL) on his bottom lower legs! My son is strong, but the clench he had on me everytime I dropped him off, tears my heart just thinking it. It TOOK my whole strength holding back the next day after my son came home with bruising, informing them my son will no longer be attending. These women are evil!!! I know it's been a year, but I know a lot of evil was coming out of some of the daycare ladies.

I have four children who have attended their center, and one who is still currently there. Staff is consistent and they don't seem to have a turnover at all. Which has made transitions from classroom to classroom comfortable and easy for both my little ones and I. Amy keeps a clean center and genuinely cares about not only the kids but the families as well. She follows state guidelines and procedures to make sure that the best care is being given at all times. Her staff is full of joy and you can see she carefully picked them with care so that every child is getting their needs met and nurtured at her center. They communicate with families consistently so that any concerns, milestones, and exciting things are known to the families in the program. They have field trips during the summer for the older classes to help keep the summer exciting and engaging when us parents are still needing to work and might not be able to do all of these things outside of the weekend. My children go in excited to see not only their friends but the staff that cares for them. My older children that go during the summer for care miss them over the school year and are eager to go back and see Ms. Amy and her staff. I could go on and on about how much this center has blessed us and how it has surpassed any experience I have had with childcare in my ten years of parenting, but I know it will be seen and felt by anyone who enters the doors. If you are trying to decide on a center where you will have a piece of mind that your children are safe, loved, nurtured, and being prepared for kindergarten this is the place for you.

He was promoted to Toddler 2 a bit earlier than expected, and there was turnover with twice the amount of kids, and I felt he got lost in the chaos since he was well-behaved. He was bitten twice and started crying every time I dropped him off. Additionally, when I decided to pull him out for good and picked up his personal items, they told me they lost his lovey and that he hadn't been sleeping with it for months. Would've been nice to know so I could've sent a new one so he had some comfort! Wasn't for us - perhaps they have better teachers now, but Toddler 2 was a hot mess when we attended.

I also saw an infant on the floor sleeping, half on a mat half on the carpet. They also had blankets covering sleeping infants, which is unsafe. The owner tried to argue with me about how it's totally acceptable and ok to have babies being treated this way. Needless to say, I will NOT be bringing my child here.

I was excited to have kids at our wedding and to have a nanny service so they have a lot of fun, too. I have two autistic sons and so many of my guests checked in on them periodically, as I was nervous they wouldn't be able to stay engaged all night. The owner absolutely took care of making the evening perfect for the kids, and was happy to accommodate my sons. They were very inclusive and were set up incredibly well.
