At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.

I later found out that is a major reason the last tenant left. This is a 4-plex and should be condemned. There is no insulation or privacy especially because the other residents are severely mentally ill addicts that are abusive and Mr. Dunn encourages this bully mentality and toxic behavior. The first week I lived there Mr. Dunn was attempting to illegally enter my apartment and when I was not going to allow him to do this he literally cussed me out and hung up in my face. It was the most unprofessional, outrageous, immature and ridiculous behavior I had ever seen in a grown man and a Landlord at that. I had been there about 6 months and I got Covid and my rent was one week late and Mr. Dunn filed an eviction even though he knew I had applied for rental assistance from United Way. Mr. Dunn then accepted the rent assistance from United Way and agreed to stop the eviction, this was actually part the the agreement in order for him to be given this money. My rent was caught up and I continued to reside at 609 Fallmeadow Court but the harassment and abuse from the other residents along with my landlord that continued was getting out of hand. I have hours and hours of footage that Mr. Dunn requested "if I wanted him to do anything" but once I would provide the evidence he asked for he would go silent and ignore calls and texts. My rent was paid on time and I was blessed with a new job but would be working from home and this is when it got truly unbearable because these grown adults were deliberately doing all they could to sabotage my job and I had to leave if I was going to keep my job intact so I started looking around and found a place I liked and paid upwards of $500 for app and admin fees and everything that goes with the approval process for a new apartment. Imagine my udder horror when the leasing manager called me and told me I would not be able to lease with them until I got MY EVICTION PAID AND CLEARED UP. THIS MAN ACCEPTED COVID RENT RELIEF FUNDS AND PROCEEDED IN EVICTING ME ANYWAY AT AN APARTMENT I WAS STILL LIVING IN AND WAS NOT IN ARREARS!!!!!!! He prays on vulnerable situations because he feels like he can do whatever he wants to people who may not have the means to properly protect themselves. I will not let this go and whatever I am able to do, I will do it. This man is a disgusting excuse for a human being and abuses his authority by taking advantage of vulnerable people who could be in already difficult situations and he robs and steals from them and calls it income from rental properties. I hope he sees this so he knows that I am not going to let this go and his day will come.

He is our first experience with renting and landlords and sadly the experience was bad. He would come into our apartment unannounced, he lied to city inspectors about repairs that were supposed to be made to moldy walls, broken tiles, faulty electrical wiring, and a roach infestation. The air conditioner never worked properly and was reported several times as needing repair. The coolest it got in in the warm months was 80 degrees. The windows were thin and regulating temperature was impossible. The smoke from the neighbors would waft up into our apartments and it was overwhelming. After giving 30 days and keeping him in the loop on our move-out plans, he walked several people through our apartment while we were actively moving out, things were a mess, and our stuff was in jeopardy of theft. When returning our key, he promised to return our deposit, and waiting until the last moment to respond to us he did tell us in writing that he was keeping our deposit because we were supposed to give 60 days' notice not 30 days. Our mistake not reading that particular rule more closely, we were expecting a normal 30-day notice. So be warned if you are looking at this complex. It is not fit to live in, and the landlord is unethical and has no regard for your privacy, safety or belongings.
