About a month before the event, she sent us a message that she would no longer be able to cater for us due to a traumatic accident. We gave her time to heal and get through PT but now, a year after paying our deposit, we still have not gotten it back. We also no longer get responses to emails or txts. Additionally, Steve honored any and all requests made at the wedding and even threw in a couple surprises for us throughout the night! The photo booth was a hit as well. Our guests really seemed to enjoy having this option and dressing up in silly hats, glasses, and other silly props. Every time I sent an email to him or gave him a call, he made me feel like I was his most important client each and every time. He truly listens to his customers and takes their concerns and requests seriously. Steve also has a planner that he asks couples to fill out and it's so thorough and helpful, it was wonderful and made planning so much easier! He is organized, punctual, and truly is just a wonderful person. By the time my wedding rolled around, I felt like he was an old friend, and I will always be grateful for his help and kindness during such a stressful time. I gave Steve a 'do not play' list and a 'please play' list, and he followed those perfectly and even was happy to let me make mix tape for our dinner music, which brought me so much joy on our wedding day! Steve was also very dedicated to pronouncing everyone's name correctly in my wedding party, and some of them were not easy, but Steve got each and every one correct! There were a few last-minute changes to things and Steve rolled with them and took the stress out of the situation every time I had to bring a change up to him, again, we were so grateful. For example, my venue forgot to put out table numbers for him to dismiss tables for dinner, I felt awful and scrabbled to tell him and apologize for their oversight, Steve just smiled and said he was already handling it and would be dismissing tables by physically walking up to our guests and letting them know it was their turn. That kind of service and adaptability is unfortunately rare, and out of all of my vendors, Steve was the one that I just knew I could count on, and that is priceless on your wedding day. He kept people on the dance floor and even after our wedding, we heard from multiple people how great our music was! We also hired Steve for our photo booth, and we were not disappointed! The booth was awesome and spacious to fit in multiple people and there were so many wonderful props it was hard to choose! The book we received afterwards is something we will always cherish! I cannot recommend Music Unlimited, and all their services, highly enough. You will not regret hiring this company, they are so dedicated to making your vision for your wedding day a reality!

Literally minutes prior to the memorial starting we were waiting for the flowers to arrive. One of the 2 hydrangea baskets NEVER ARRIVED, and the one that did, was a geranium instead of what was ordered. When we called to discuss this, all they could say was sorry, we will deliver the missing arrangement TODAY?!? If your business is to make and sell flowers, how do you mess up that bad and not compensate an already grieving family for this?!? This is truly unacceptable service and we will let everyone we know how dissatisfied we are with your services and lack of making an order to request. When I saw they were hosting a fall supper club with Porch Light Gatherings, I knew it'd be a perfect time to stop by! The space was immaculately curated, colorful, and elegant. Laura and Elizabeth, the mother-daughter duo of the "LE" in Le Home, were wonderful hosts who've created a really special event space. I'd love to rent out the rooms here in the future! This would be a perfect spot for a bridal shower or micro wedding.

I'm glad I decided on this store as it had just what I needed and I was also able to pick up some Twisted Tea for myself. He met us in Lansing, MI on a specific day because we are from Seattle, WA. We liked the online system he showed us where you can pick songs and setup your day with forms through the internet. We had 2 main issues - see below. Downfall after you submit your forms (wedding day schedule, first dance song, intro song..) it was hard to change after that. I emailed the main person and asked for certain song for our inrtoductions (it was different than what we submitted) and he said it was fine. On our wedding day, the song we wanted was NOT playing it was the first one we picked. Although, this song was fine we were disappointed in the lack of details on his part. Another issue was we had asked for a projector and screen for a slideshow. We were unaware that they would not supply a method to show the slideshow (why would we know that?). So the thumbdrive we had would not work and no slideshow! They had a DVD player - but I think they need to upgrade a bit in this category. The DJ was a different person than the main person and he did wonderful!! He played music that kept the dance floor moving, infomed me and my husband when certain things would happen. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. If you decide to go with Jump Start request Lucas as your DJ - amazing! He also did our ceremony music - which went very well.
