CHOOSE THEM. We went with Wedding DJ Plus because they were a one stop shop for DJ, photo and video (and photo booth if you want). Doug, the DJ, was our one main point of contact, which streamlined the entire process and alleviated loads of stress. He was very professional, trustworthy and responded to my emails quickly. As a DJ and MC, he did a fantastic job of transitioning from event to event. He was also entertaining and understood our taste in music. As for photo and video, the video team was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. My wedding party adored the photographer, Yev. He was hilarious, but very serious about his work. He wanted to make sure we got the best shots. I would have typically waited to see our photos before leaving a rave review, but I'm more than certain we'll love them. Will upload some once they're ready :) Finally, there was also a day-of assistant/coordinator (I believe her name was Kat?), but she was amazing. When we were told she would be coming along, we just thought she would be assisting the production team. But she was by my side the entire time -- she helped arrange items and backgrounds in photos, fix my train and veil, hold my bouquet from time to time, help get spilled red wine off my dress and so much more. My phone also decided to power off just minutes before walking down the aisle and my vows were on it. As I began to freak out, she pulled out a bunch of chargers and played around with the phone until it turned back on. Ugh, I am so grateful she was there. Anyway, this company really deserves the 5-star Yelp rating. Go with them. You'll be in good hands. read more

We had Doug provide service as a Karaoke DJ to celebrate KA with Cirque du Soleil's 19th Anniversary Party. He was turn key, brought all the equipment needed, and managed the whole night seamlessly. It really made our party! He was also prompt and efficient with all communication. Cirque will definitely be using Doug again for future events. read more

Doug was amazing! We had him DJ for our wedding and reception. The night went perfect and smooth. Everyone says they had the best time and it was the best wedding. This was all because of Doug keeping the energy alive and going with the feel of our guests. So glad we went with him and his team. read more

Doug was absolutely fantastic to work with. We needed a full karaoke DJ on very short notice, and Doug over delivered. Our attendees had a blast, Doug was set up on time and ready to go, and I have only positive things to say. I would definitely recommend them for karaoke services if your event needs a fun addition! read more

My husband and I had our vow renewal in Las Vegas in June 2019 and we booked Doug as our DJ for two events. The first event was a penthouse party the night before the vow renewal and Doug came early to set everything up and we were very pleased with his professionalism. He played the perfect songs and was also taking requests from our guests (which they loved). We initially booked him for four hours but ended up asking him to stay an extra hour because he was doing such a great job and we didn't want the party to end lol. That was definitely a night to remember! The next day, we had our vow renewal at a hotel and Doug arrived early again to set everything up, followed the schedule perfectly and had the crowd going! Literally every single guest was dancing and rocking the dance floor, thanks to Doug. We also booked our photo booth through Wedding DJ Plus (we had the "gold package", I believe) and let me tell you - THE BOOTH WAS AMAZING! 1. There were soo many fun props (wigs, signs, scarfs, etc.) - a very wide selection. 2. The young couple that was operating the photo booth was absolutely amazing! They were smiling the whole time, they looked like they had fun doing their job and they were animating our guests to use the booth which was so great! Every single guest ended up using the booth and most of them used it more than once. Thanks to those two amazing workers, we now have a FULL album of fun photo booth pictures. My husband and I live in Europe and planning a destination event wasn't easy for me. I had so many doubts about booking vendors without meeting them first and only relying on reviews BUT I'm so glad I found Wedding DJ Plus! I was in contact with plenty of other DJ's and event companies but something always felt off... either they would take too long to respond to my emails (I'm talking 1 week or longer) or they would answer me back but not pay attention to details and only answer some of my questions. Doug always responded promptly to my emails and would always answer every single question I had. I even flew out to Vegas a few months before the events to take care of some stuff and he drove all the way out to the event location to meet me and discuss some details about the vow renewal. I really appreciated that, especially since I let him know kind of last minute. I planned everything on my own and changed vendors a few times (different florists, lighting company, design crews etc.) BUT I knew from day one that I was going to book and stay with Wedding Dj Plus since Doug had been very professional from day one. If we have another vow renewal in Las Vegas for our 10th anniversary I'll definitely book Doug as our DJ again!!!! Oh, and a big thanks to his assistant Ramona who also always answered all of my emails promptly and sent me all the digital pictures of the photo booth via dropbox! read more

I used their photobooth and Dj packages. DJ Lancia had created a mix from the list of songs I provided and played any song by request during the reception. My husband and his friends did some DJing back in college and said DJ Lancia was really good and a few of my guests mentioned that they really liked her vibe. The photobooth gals were so cute and helpful! They would move the camera (up, down, back, forward) to get everyone in the shot and they would click the start button for the guests. It was really cute how they would count down so that the guests still looking for props would know to get ready for the next shot. Excellent service by the Wedding DJ Plus overall. I would absolutely recommend them. read more

I found Wedding DJ Plus right here on Yelp. I was planning a wedding and had no idea what to look for in a DJ, so I took a chance online and saw the good reviews for Doug and what he does. My soon to be wife and I met with Doug in person after going back and forth on emails, and we came away impressed. He is very knowledgeable, organized, and laid back. He wasn't pushy or salesman-like; he was very relaxed which made us less stressed. Night of the wedding, Doug was on-time, ready to go with just about every song we requested. He helped keep people on the dance floor, and if we had more activities (like bouquet toss or garter belt removal), I think he would have done a good job with that (we just kept things simple on our end). I highly recommend him. read more

Doug was so great throughout the entire wedding planning process. Super easy to work with, always quick to respond to emails. On the day of the wedding, he was superb at reading the crowd and playing music that got everyone up and moving. We also had photography done through Wedding DJ Plus, and the photographer, Yev, was very pleasant to work with. He got some fantastic shots, and we honestly couldn't be happier. I'm so happy to have found Wedding DJ Plus. We live in San Francisco and had our wedding in Vegas, so finding a quality vendor that provided multiple services was such a lifesaver. read more

I feel so lucky that I randomly chose Doug to do my destination wedding! His communication was amazing and very organized. He makes the experience so easy for the bride and groom! On my wedding day there were storm warnings and rain and the wedding was supposed to be outside. We were moving all of his equipment in and out and he was so calm about it which made me calm! He got the music going, didn't skip a beat and was go with the flow when things changed last minute! He's a very nice person as well! So happy I hired you Doug! You made Will and my wedding very memorable! Thank you again!! Will and Julie Turner read more

My husband and I got married last weekend in Las Vegas and hired Doug as our DJ. I had previously heard him at a friend's wedding and knew he was awesome, but he seriously made our wedding reception the most fun any of our friends and family have ever had at a wedding. Doug was extremely helpful throughout the planning process, and was fun and professional the night of. He also helped accommodate some of our guests who decided they wanted to sing during the reception which was a very special addition! We keep receiving comments from our guests about how great he was, and I highly recommend him for any special event. Thank you again, Doug, you're awesome!!! read more

Douglas and his team were AMAZING!! Being a one stop shop for photo, video, and music made our lives so simple. But they are more than just a one stop shop, they are all truly creative artists. The entire team made our wedding party feel so comfortable during the preparation and photos leading up to the ceremony. They truly were the comedic relief that we needed. They were extremely professional while keeping the day light hearted and fun. The photos were beautiful! They captured the fun energetic environment that we were after when we planned our wedding. They didn't focus on taking too many posed photos, rather they captured the beauty of the day, the smiles, the candids, the emotion. Absolutely amazing! We also used Douglas as our event DJ and let me tell you... our guests are still talking about how amazing he was! The music selections and crowd engagement that Douglas offered to our reception was amazing. I couldn't have selected better music myself. I greatly appreciated Douglas leading up to the big day as he was easy to communicate with, easy to get in touch with, and organized. He had a very easy to follow planning process that left my husband and I at ease knowing the music and the flow of everything would be taken care of. This team is absolutely amazing! I have so many great things that I could say about them! If you are planning a wedding from near or far this is the team for your video, photo, and music needs. Thank you so much Douglas and team, you all rock! read more

This is the best DJ I have ever hired , called them short notice for our wedding and they got right in touch with me and got everything going , it was the easiest and best experience ever . They came over a few days prior to the wedding to go over our songs and sequence , everything went off without a problem at all . He had some great funny things to do with the guests and fit right in , we let him just run with it and he nailed it perfectly !! Thanks again !! read more

We used Wedding DJ plus for our wedding a week ago. We ended up packaging two services, the photo booth as well as the dj. Doug was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From my first inquiry to last minute changes, he was super attentive and helpful. He got to the venue super early to get set up. We had 3 separate rooms for different events and he had more than enough equipment to provide for all, which was awesome. He even stayed a little past our wedding and played more music! The wedding day couldn't have gone any smoother. The music was perfect, he got the crowd all pumped up. It was a great time! The photo booth was amazing. It was highly complimented by all guests. When we chose to do the photo booth, Doug had a wide variety of options for backdrops as well as the printed background. There were tons of props to choose from, and the people running it were friendly and upbeat! I will definitely recommend Wedding DJ plus to anyone I know in the future with an event or wedding! read more

Wedding DJ Plus - One of my favorite photos from the day! - DJs Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I found wedding DJ plus on yelp and saw the great reviews and after viewing their website, I thought they would be a great choice. Everything went great...At first! A month before our wedding date I had a hard time tracking anyone down to make sure that someone would still be there to do our pictures. Finally got in contact with Doug and was told that the person who did our booking no longer worked there and that he would be handling everything from there. Everything after that went smooth, they were super friendly, my guest loved the crew! After the wedding it took 5 months to receive pictures which I figured it would take awhile but ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND I STILL DONT HAVE OUR VIDEO THAT WE PAID OVER $2000 FOR! I have reached out a few time inquiring about it but Im being told its still being edited. WTF! This is my last resort, I don't want anyone to go through what I'm going through.II read more

We hired Doug for our Dj at our wedding on 3.17.18. Doug did an amazing job. There were roughly 130 guests and the reception lasted for 7 hours. I'm a construction estimator and extremely detailed, Doug was by the far the most organized and detailed person I've worked with in many years. The packet he gave us to fill out covered every part of the reception. In addition, Doug was able to quickly organize the wedding party upon arrival and he was awesome as our emcee. He did all of the announcements and he was one of the highlights of our wedding. I would highly recommend Doug as a your wedding DJ. His experience showed throughout the night. He also does photography, videography and has a photo booth. I wish I would have had him do all four. Thanks Doug for making our wedding day extremely special, we really appreciated you! read more

I had contacted Doug two weeks before our wedding for his Dj service. He was absolutely amazing, professional, outgoing, and accommodating. I gave him very vague instructions (considering I was planing a last minute wedding) and he knew exactly what to do to keep the crowd entertained. There was not one point in my reception where people weren't dancing. Which I think is awesome! Job well done! read more

Wedding DJ Plus is professional and reliable. Always does a great job. Highly recommended!

Doug is amazing! He made our wedding reception everything we wanted it to be and more! He was so professional and really got the party started for my wedding. We filled out his survey prior to the big day to get him to know our wedding party and song selections. He was so helpful from song choice to even helping coordinate logistics and made everything run smoothly the entire night of our wedding. We got so many compliments on the amazing DJ and can't thank Doug enough for making our wedding fun! I highly recommend Doug to anyone having any kind of gathering, he is the best! Thanks so much Doug!!! read more

We hired Wedding DJ plus for our wedding back in November and we were so very pleased with their performance and skill! Our wedding was held in Indian Springs, NV and our DJ agreed to travel the distance outside of the Vegas valley. Months before the wedding we were sent over a wedding packet to complete, basically an outline of the day and any details our emcee needed to know. Our DJ was Anthony and about a week before our wedding we met up with him to go over details, song choices and the entire ceremony and reception. He was diligent to take and make notes on our wedding packet and even checked on several of our songs to assure he had them correct. In our packet we had dozens of very specific Disney scores and other songs that were to start at specific times and Anthony was quick to make notes of them. Come wedding day, Anthony arrived with ample time to set up the up- lighting we had included in our packet (that turned out PERFECT) and placed them at various spots throughout the property according to the diagram we provided. The ceremony's music went through flawlessly and Anthony was quick to turn over to our cocktail hour music located in a different area. Anthony was our emcee for the night and he did an amazing job guiding guests to designated areas, calling out tables for food, reminding guests of our photo booth and hashtags and overall making sure our wedding vibe was fun and exciting. We were so incredibly happy with our DJ, we would definitely book them again should we need the service!! read more

DJ Anthony did a great job DJing our wedding reception! He made sure to have a touch-base call with us before our wedding so he had a thorough sense of the music we liked, what events we had during our reception, etc. He kept the party moving and everyone had a really great time! read more

We got married last Saturday. I found Doug on the internet and decided to take a chance based on his great reviews. We are so glad we did, because everyone loved him! It was so easy to communicate with him. He always got back to us and our questions quickly. The wedding planner he gives you kept everything organized. And given the fact that we only gave Doug our first and last dance song, and we said play whatever you think is the best for weddings.... we got compliments from our guest, from old to young! They all loved the music, and asked us where we found him! Thanks for helping make our wedding so great Doug! read more

Recommend to everyone!! My husband and I got married in November 2015 and hired Doug as our videographer. He took video of our Catholic Wedding ceremony as well as our reception. He is extremely professional, punctual, and took the time to find out what kind of video we would be happy with. I can not express how much we love our video. We watched it with our family and were in happy tears the entire time. The editing was the best part. He added songs that we choose to the background and asked our friends and family to send us messages during the reception that we got to see for the first time on the video. I sang a few lyrics to my husband during our first dance and he matched the song perfectly to my lips. I choose Doug after his very highly rated reviews, and I'm so happy with the results. Thank you, Doug for capturing the best moments of our wedding. We will have our video for a lifetime and be able to travel down memory lane anytime we like. read more
