From the very beginning, Dennis was courteous and professional. He always answered my emails in a very timely fashion. He was polite and friendly. We met in person for the first time a few days before the wedding, at the location of the ceremony and reception. We chatted about the day, the order of events, and the first look. He walked us through a couple of poses so that he could have an idea of what he wanted to do the day of. The day of the wedding, Dennis arrived at the hotel early, (I'm big on punctuality, and this was super impressive.) He made my girls and I feel very comfortable during our getting ready photos, and then he met up with us at the park for the first look and ceremony. Dennis was great...the first look was fantastic (If you're a bride on the fence about this, do it. You will calm down immensely.) He really captured the feeling of the day: JOY and LOVE. He got some amazing shots during the ceremony, and I honestly didn't even notice that he was taking photos, he was that stealthy. As he was leaving, he gave me the time frame of when to expect the digital files, and he delivered right on time. I received them yesterday, and I couldn't be happier! The photos are amazing. We're a same-sex couple, and he put as at ease right away. I thought I had scoped out Jerry during my research as a quality photographer, but he only showed up for the first part of ceremony (he sent a replacement photographer that wasn't trained and didn't do a very good job). I had opted for the full package, and was very unimpressed--the thank you cards/photo he sent were cheap and needed to be resized. Quality was very low, less than stock cards you could get at Walmart, and the photos needed to be inserted. The wedding video was of such poor quality that we could barely see it and could not hear it (distortion). After the fact I was supposed to get additional prints/products from him but he kept making excuses and dodging our appointments. A several thousand dollar loss, I would say I only got one or two decent photos from that whole thing. I really wish people who were out to make a quick buck and didn't care about their craft wouldn't get into a career field like this.

Pre shoot he was very direct, easy and fast to reply back. He was very fair and clear about the shoot. There was some confusion with the parking at the suite I was staying at, nevertheless Jorge showed up in time and didn't complain once about the inconvenience. I was blown away how professional and how ready he was for the shoot. He brought so much equipment to my suite and the whole experience made me feel like I was someone special.
