The worst company I have ever dealt with. They are charging me for Workers Comp claim which workers comp has already paid. Plus they have billed my private insurance as well, been told this is fraud by WV Insurance Commission but since they are located in California they can not help careful dealing with them. read more

In store they are nice, the corporate are proven to use false billing to insurance companies and elder patients. Have talked on the phone to them, as well as multiple times in the office. The equipment was returned in early July and they have been billing monthly ever since. Including sending late bills and increasing the monies they claim are owed for months WITHOUT the equipment. In person they always say it's taken care of but the very next month another late notice as well as additional fees. Bad business practices is all I can attribute it too, hopefully not just what seems to be blatant bad billing practices which amount to not only theft but harassment of elderly. I don't know about other locations, but the South Charleston, WV office is terrible. Two weeks ago they were supposed to initiate a repair or replace with Philips Respironics for my husband's bipap. They confirmed it wasn't because of the recall, they plugged the machine in and saw the service required message. They never called us, we called them several times, they didn't call us back. It took two weeks and going there in person for them to tell us they hadn't done anything yet. No communication, not doing the seemingly straight forward thing they were supposed to. I am at a loss to call it anything other than incompetence. Avoid this company, I certainly will in the future once this is resolved. read more

The service is absolutely terrible and their attitude about it is worse. I really don't see how they are still in business. I guess it's because when I told the lady that works there that I was unhappy with their service and was going to let other people know, she said well we are a national company and have customers all over the country. Horrible service and customer care. Tried for over two months to switch to their company for supplies. They kept telling me I need this or that. Jumped through all their hoops and was still lied too about them not receiving the appropriate paperwork from my doctor. I am friends with my doctors nurse and am an RN myself so I know they were sent not once but twice. Then they wanted me to pay before the would start my service. I told them I wouldn't pay until I had product in hand. They told me not possible because they didn't have what I needed in the local store and it would be awhile before the could have it on hand. They couldn't order it to have it mailed to me before I paid either. I would highly recommend another company. read more

Huntington location- worse experience (with a retailer) in my life!!! Was strung along, and lied to for almost 8 months. Was approved for a power chair (first by Dr- then by WeCare) over 8 months ago. Associate apologized for all of the lies I had been told. Was told, on several occasions, that I had been approved by my insurance- I endured 8 months of condescension. i.e. lies, patronization, non-returned phone calls... Over the last 8 months my self esteem improved-my zest for life returned- the thought of regaining my independence and the ability to actually go outside...ahhh...One phone call, the LAST from them, felt like a slap in the face and reminded me that I shouldn't trust- With pre-approved full coverage insurance - I was told that I would have to pay $244.00 down and $44.00+ a month. After 8 months of "it's ordered" - "it's on the way"... they mysteriously had my chair in stock- but I had to give them the $244. up front, before they could deliver. BTW it was the first time the conversation started with them! and they didn't have the courtesy to call ME- they called my son- I'm guessing that they thought my son would rush down and pay- Luckily, he was at my house and handed me the phone--- NO ONE should be treated the way I was treated !!! read more

I would never suggest anyone doing business with this company. The customer service is horrible. You call and wait for someone to answer and are put on long hold times. They seem very disorganized and always make false promises of calling you back. There was a very important evaluation scheduled at my client's home, they claim they were at his home, but never completed the visit. There are no phone calls or messages left about needing to reschedule. My client is in his 80's and an amputee waiting on a mobility device. They want to schedule appointments but not give a time. The last 2 times I have called, they made sure to click something and a message came across the line telling me the call was being recorded. I have never once been impolite or rude to these staff members. I have voiced frustration for my client and let them know the family was very frustrated as well. We are only beginning this process and I already have a bad feeling about the outcome. Please do better! We are dealing with people who are already struggling to get by and we are not making things any better for them. It seems like this poor service is creating more stress and angst for them. In my belief, you should never have to call a place of business daily or multiple times daily to get answers. Customer service is key to a successful company. Fingers crossed for a happier ending. read more
