I have been dealing with this law firm for over 2.5 years at this stage and they have been…read moreterrible. Lack of communication is a constant, and when they do check our emails, they don't even read them properly and thus don't follow through with work. They've ignored other involved companies who've contacted them. We complained once to the law society and still they slack off, we are complaining a second time now. It's not just our particular lawyer, it appears to be the attitude of the whole firm. Even the receptionist has brushed me off before. Richard (our lawyer), has never once returned our calls, and more often than not, doesn't return emails either. Our case is one that takes slightly longer than most, but not 2 1/2 years - we have had advice from the law society and from other lawyers and this time frame is just unacceptable. I highly recommend staying away from this law firm if possible, once my case is settled, I will absolutely never be using their services again. Unfortunately it wasn't my choice this time, and to move our case to another law firm is possibly more hassle than continuing with this lazy man. What I don't understand is if he has too much work and can't give us the time of day, then give our case to another lawyer in his firm, that's perfectly fine, although I have suggested this to him and of course - no response.
