There was no pressure selling, no trying to con me into buying a CD or something other investment. He didn't ask me about my mortgage or try to swindle me into nonsense. It was great. Every time I go there now, people recognize my face and make a point to say hello. I'm not sure how they train their staff, but other banks could take a page out of their book. It feels homey and like I'm well cared for. I'd highly recommend this specific location as well if you need to open up any accounts. Like I said - no pressure, quick, and easy.

I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I've received from your bank on multiple times. 1) Your fees for a business checking are unreal-Bank of America offers business accounts with no monthly fees. 2) I tried to apply for a vehicle loan and when I asked for information I was told to fill out an application and they get sent to another company and I'd know in a week or two...you lost out on that because I went through Chase. 3) Multiple calls a day claiming to be Visa Fraud Protection that call at least 5 times a day. 4) I was scammed when you leaked my phone numbers to my account and they got my PIN number...and if you did not leak them then how did they have the number on the account and know I banked at Connex and not Citi Financial or BOA? The account will be closed as soon as my direct deposit is deposited into my new account. I will be telling all friends and family to find a different banking institution than Connex. ALSO, Your staff at the North Haven branch are very unpleasant to deal with. I know you only work in marketing but maybe you can let one of your superiors know of my complaints, I am sure I am not the only one with a negative review.

However…read moreafter the call I recieved about a payment that was never recieved I would have to say that I am pretty unsatisfied with the service with the service.. A little history .. I have been on-time with every payment witth exception of 1 or 2 in the last 4 years and I have never MISSED a payment until now. In order to make up for this payment that was not recieved I offered to make a larger payment in my bill and work the back payment off in about 6 payments. Obiously this is ok .. who is going to say no to sending in more money. I asked if there was something we could do about the late payments. like maybe pay 3 out of the 6 .. a little good faith / cutomer loyalty on their part. The anwser was flat out NO. (The reason for the missed check was non delivery from the post office) So if you are thinking of useing Connex for your loan provider remember one thing .. no matter how well you pay your bills. If you get stuck .. they will not work with you to resolve your situation.

They are SEVERELY understaffed and have been for at least 3 years now... probably even longer than that. They have 4 registers and in the last 3 years, I have never seen more than 2 tellers working the counter at the same time. It's always just 1 or 2 tellers. And it doesn't matter how long the line is. Managers do nothing to help try to keep the line moving. They used to have someone walking around the floor with a tablet and asking customers in line what they need help with, to see if they are able to help shorten the wait/line a little bit. But they don't even do that anymore. The line wait times are completely ridiculous and unacceptable! Every time I go there, there's a line almost to the door. I would say if there's more than 4 people in line, you will literally be waiting in line for a good 30-60 mins... not an exaggeration. I've been late to appts and work before. It's a shame because there's a lot of elderly people who bank here and they have a hard time standing in line for so long. One time, on a hot 90 degree day, the line was so long that they even locked the doors so that no more customers could enter the bank. There were elderly customers trying to get in and they wouldn't budge to let them in for nothing. How embarrassing! The most annoying thing about this branch is that no matter if the teller is in the middle of helping a customer, managers will come and bother them for things constantly. And they pull tellers away from the customers to help them with something, making wait times even longer. I can't even tell you how many times I've been at the counter being helped, and they ask me to wait and that they'll be right back because they have to do something. Whether that's let Brinks in the vault, or because a manager or another teller needs needs help with something. It's completely rude and inconsiderate. It's common sense that you should finish helping a customer first before doing something else. They just have no sense of urgency whatsoever. All of the amazing employees that have worked here, left the bank and went elsewhere. It's been sad to have seen them all disappear one by one because they were always so great and efficient. And now, it's almost a completely new staff. I barely see any familiar faces. The only one who still works here that is amazing is Ivana. She never fails customers. Always greets returning customers by name. She is so hardworking, friendly and makes sure to get the job done swiftly and efficiently.
