Do NOT do business with this company! They are professional thieves! They give you an estimate that turns out to be 1/3 of what you pay in the end which turns out to magically be, well, just under your insurance amount. When asked for ballpark amount for specific pricing, they stated they could not provide that but assured me I had final say if items would be refurbished or not after I'd be given the pricing. Absolutely not true! They were charging obscene amounts for items. Not to mention tried to back out and charge triple for things after quoting set pricing. Then I received my items back except 5 things were all out broken, and 3 pieces of furniture permanently gouged & they stated (it's ok, we didn't charge you for those" well, no sh#t!! But who is going to PAY ME for those!!????! To top off I have about 75 items (more than half high end) missing including the most important to me, and priceless, I told them they vowed to indicate of great value. All of a sudden when I discovered missing items, they got their triple the estimate money from my insurance company, they would not return my calls, my voice mails, my texts, NOTHING!! There is much more but I digress, if only I could say it's not a bit upsetting to relive, as what they have done to me is truly...disturbingly far more traumatic than the house fire. Be warned. I have secured a pro bono lawyer (this branch has been sued several times) notified the FTC, BBB, Appropriate insurance departments, and more as they pissed all over me & tried to tell me it was raining...and I have a lot of time on my hands.
