When it comes to strategic planning for business website design, digital marketing and search engine optimization, Epic Web Studios is the best in the region. I've spoken with a lot of different people and no one compares to their knowledge and skill-set. They know pretty-much all the things about the internet. I have been really happy with the company and will be back. read more

I never got a new headset. I was given a series of used, beaten up gross headsets that I needed to get replaced multiple times. One had makeup stains on it. One didn't even have the squishy ear pads on it, it was just the hard plastic and hurt my ears. Oh and the best part? A week before I quit, the place became infested with bed bugs. They tried to keep it quiet so none of us would know, but we found out. I called off multiple days in a row because I was not about to work in a place with BED BUGS. They didn't move us or address the situation it was really so stupid. Such a shady place to work. That's just the nutshell.

I recently partnered with Epic Web Studios in Erie, PA, to completely rebuild my company's website, On The Spot Carpet Cleaning. My previous site was outdated and our SEO rankings had been inconsistent, affecting our online visibility. From the initial consultation, Mike's approachable and professional demeanor instilled confidence. He worked within our budget and presented a comprehensive plan tailored to our digital marketing needs. Throughout the project, Kristy, the project manager, and her team exceeded expectations. They were responsive, patient, and addressed every question and concern with professionalism. The new website is user-friendly and easy to maintain. Remarkably, we noticed an immediate improvement in our Google rankings, surpassing competitors. Epic Web Studios' commitment to client success and their expertise in SEO and web development are second to none. I highly recommend them to any business looking to enhance their digital presence and take their company to the next level! read more

Yelp Susan B…read more Presidential Cleaning Read our review guidelines Choose a star rating on a scale of 1 to 5 Not good Saved A few things to consider in your review Service Requested Quality Value Attach photos Carpet Baseboards Windowsill Recent Reviews Susan B. 0257 7/30/2024 What happened??? I called to schedule a move-out deep clean, based on the good reviews. Virginia assured me Presidential could handle it. I was told $75 an hour x2 plus $125 for carpet shampoo. I expected two women. Two guys showed up at 9:50 a.m. I have a very small place, basically one big room with a kitchen. So I left to leave them clean in peace. I came back at 11:50. That's exactly two hours. Instead of $275, I was charged $312. I called Virginia yesterday late to ask about the cleaning and left a vm, but my call was not returned. So I decided to write this review. Once the two guys left, I really took a good look. Sooooo incredibly disappointed. And I had tipped them both $20 each. The carpet was spotty and bone dry. I've NEVER seen a carpet shampooed that looked like that. The kitchen laminate floor looked awful and had a white tint to it. I had to re-do it myself to get a shine. All you need is detergent, a little vinegar and water for a sparkling floor. What the hell did they use? Very sloppy work. The shampooer looked really old. AND they asked me if they could use my vacuum. Where was their commercial vacuum? How did they know I even had one? I've had great cleanings in the past. This was certainly the worst by far. And all those great reviews .... now I'm wondering if they're even legit. Just be careful to review the pricing and inspect thoroughly if you use this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND .
