We are a manufacturer and hired Website Professionals #websiteprofs #websiteprofessionals www.websiteprofs.com to create our new website due to our demand. I urge you not to hire these scam artists, they have literally stolen over $3,299.00 from us. First of all, the location and address they are providing is fake, I went over there yesterday May 24th 2021 to get my money refunded as they will not help me over the phone and keep giving me the runaround. To my surprise, their address is fake! it's a virtual mail office and the manager even told me they don't even have a mailbox at this location. They even have this location on their website as their main office!!! These people are from India, and I believe they are scamming people left and right and getting away with it as they have an in-house team specializing in deleting every bad review on google. They have been giving me the runaround for 6 months and never completed my website, they don't even reply to your emails once you pay them. I have contacted the authorities and will be pursuing this company legally and I will not stop until I shut them down. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through with this company, they sweat talk you and steal your money!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The names associated with this business that have communicated with me acting like Project Managers and Developers are the following: Danny Martin (Danny.martin@websiteprofs.com) (info@websiteprofs.com) Jerry Roberts (jerry.roberts@websiteprofs.com) Jorge Claptom (Jorge.claptom@websiteprofs.com) We have hired a detective to find out who owns the company and will be filling charges for contract breach and unwillingness of resolution for cancelation, including damages due to the amount of business we have lost and performance under agreement. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I am also attaching screen shots of all the emails we have sent for the last 4 months with no responses; I am even attaching screenshots of the communications they provided on their "custom dashboard" that prove these people are scammers. read more

Stay Away!! I've been using website design companies for about 20 years now and have yet to find one that's trustworthy and follows through with what they promise but this one takes the cake. They charged me almost $4,000 to simply copy my current website which I didn't have the word press credentials to due to another shady company. Furthermore, and the only reason I agreed to their services was because I was promised SEO first page placement for 5 different locations in three months. It's 4 months later and I have first page placement for two keywords in two locations which I already had prior to retaining their services. The remaining locations and keywords are ranking anywhere from 15th - 145th position. I complained about it and of course the sales rep that signed me up is no longer with them, they actually tried telling me that he's dying of Covid (young guy). So the new rep tries to then sell me on another $3,000+ SEO package to continue the horrible progress thus far. Furthermore, they lied about their timelines to complete my website, turned out to take three times what was in the contract and don't get me started on the revisions, it's like they didn't even understand simple concepts. My website still doesn't function properly! Stay away from these guys, their SCAM artists. They don't even greet you when you call with their company name, they say "thanks for calling, how may I help you" huge red flag!! Please don't make the same expensive mistake I made. read more

Very painful process. Websiteprofs has promised our company a reimbursement due to a glitch in their billing system; they misinformed my bank about how much they received and then claimed that we still owed money, even though they said for months that we were overcharged and the check was in the mail. We have receipts and have filed with the State's Attorney General's Office and IC3. Very unfortunate experience. According to the "Consumer Fraud Act": you have legal protection from illegal activities that may stem from WebsiteProfs.com or related company. Please talk to your FREE LEGAL AID or legal counsel about your rights as a consumer from being scammed. Out of state companies likely need to go through District Court self-filing for about $132 to get the case opened. The Attorney General's Office will be able to file a Criminal complaint also on your behalf, so if you have receipts (I'm sure your bank will provide this), the AG can file past district court limits. Please contact management@parentalvalues.com if there is a Class Action lawsuit against WebsiteProfs and I will gladly sign it. WebsiteProfs claims my bank reversed $5000 and my bank refuted that statement, this company is openly performing illegal activities but that will stop soon. read more

I was a little hesitant to try Website Profs out since I've read mixed reviews, but since the guy who handles our website development bailed out after testing positive for Covid-19, we had to give these guys a try. I'd write the positives and the negatives separately so you can decide for yourself if you want to work with them. Positives: One commendable thing is that they picked from right where our developer left of. It was a seamless process, their designers suggested we make a few changes to the original design and kept up with our required changes and revisions. Negatives: The customer service could be improved. I like prompt responses and hate it when I'm put on hold or asked to wait to get an update. this is one of my pet peeves, so this is subjective, if it's not an issue for you to wait a little before you get a response, then go for it. All in all, it was a pretty good experience, although there's room for improvement, it's not a deal breaker. I was happy with the end result and their work ethic. I recommend Website Profs for a job well done and plan to get more work done from them. read more

SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They are the worst!!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! IT WILL END UP COSTING YOU A FORTUNE!! MAJOR CROOKS I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!! First they give you a cost of a package and once they have you they will call you multiple times telling you you need this and this to keep your website running and mind you when they say you need these added cost it's thousands of dollars! Just recently they called to say that there's been an update on the World Wide Web Security and that we NEED to pay for security for the website that will cost us $6,000!! Needless to say we declined the cost and not a week later they send us an email saying our website has been taken down due to security?? Hmmm..I'm 10000% sure that they were the ones who did it even though we changed our password to our domain. Good luck trying to speak with someone or getting a refund they'll just give you the run around or even hang up on you! read more

My business almost crashed due to the sudden lockdowns and I did not want to find a 9-5 job, it's just not my cup of tea. I wanted to continue doing my business online and that's when a friend recommended these guys. I have tried Wix but trust me when I tell you that having your own custom made website is a hundred times more benefitting and fun. My website was ready within two weeks and I did not have as such communicating issues with these guys. They were sweet to listen to my requirements and deliver the exact to me and that too at a very reasonable price (I did my research). Lastly, I'd recommend them to people who are looking for quick digital media solutions. read more

As one of the owners of my company, I had very high expectations for the type of website I wanted to create. I was very pleased with the work done by Website Profs. They worked very hard to create what I had envisioned for our company's website. Not only were they very knowledgeable and efficient in their work, but they also offered their suggestions and creative ideas time and time again throughout the process of adding numerous pages and features to our website. I was very impressed with the quality of work, customer care, and meticulous attention to detail. I will surely refer them to any business associates who are looking for quality web designers! read more

Website Profs is one of the best web design agencies I have worked with so far. They are very patient with their clients and very good at understanding their projects. If you are unable to understand something, they will explain it to you. They are all about customer service and certainly deserve a chance to work on our business. My recommendation to others? Don't try to get the low-bid websites, unless you want low-bid results. Website Profs did a premium job at a reasonable price. If there is something that needs to be adjusted, they will handle it professionally. I would highly recommend them. I will be working with them again, for sure. Thank you! read more

I have seen all the negative reviews here but (for a change) I am not one of the unhappy customers. I am very happy with what was produced. I took the cheapest package as we are just starting out and a website design is a luxury in our eyes since we dont have much money to spend. We already had the design, we just needed it to be neatened up and made more professional-which is exactly what Website Profs did. Thank you- we are happy with the result and i hope the company starts getting better reviews if they keep up the good quality. read more

This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Over two months ago I purchased two websites from them. Today for the third time a management official failed to call me at the scheduled time, or at all. They are strong on promises when selling the service, but the process is antiquated and cumbersome. They send out items to review. Once you review them and send them back you get the pre-reviewed item back. Its painful dealing with them. Avoid them at all costs. read more

I've been working with Website Profs now for just over 2 years. They designed my website from scratch with unlimited revisions until I was totally satisfied with everything contained. The service I personally received was far beyond the call of duty and I still communicate and have tweaks done to this day again with absolutely no hassles at all. If your thinking of having a website designed and launched I honestly would give Website Profs a shout without a shadow of a doubt. read more

Website Profs are a great selection of independent creative folks who all submitted great ideas! Flexibility was key for me since this was a peripheral project that I was trying to fit into a very busy life. Vendor applicants were all responsive and even gave me extra time and service at a few points along the way, which garnered my loyalty to Website Profs and I will certainly use them again. read more

I love these group of people. David Boyle was my rep and working with him made my first time buying a custom website design for my business a smooth and fun experience. He truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all the right information required to make the right decision. Highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have worked with their company. read more

After my friend's suggestion, I opted for Website Profs. As being a designer I am very particular but I love the way they handled my queries. Zak was the guy I was corresponding to for my project, he personally supervised my work and all the revisions which were requested were made timely and on budget. Overall it was a good experience working with these guys. read more

Highly recommended. White we had initially some miscommunication (due to the fact of some details not going through), once we identified the issue, the team here went out of their way to make us fully satisfied. The project manager is an honest person as far as I can tell. Overall satisfied and received services in a timely manner. We will use them again. read more

They are a scam!!!!!! Scammed me out of $2,500. They did nothing for me except take my money and produced nothing. They showed me a generic web page that they use to draw you in and then nothing. They give you false hope and promise to rob you. This company needs to be shut down. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! read more
