This company is a scam This company is a scam. I would rate them 0 if i could. Anyone who has been frauded by this company report them to IC3.gov. This company take your money then send you a receipt with all the reasons you can't get a refund. If you get one revision they did wrong in which the entire mockup will be wrong they won't refund your money. The mockup will be a screen shot of someone else's web page with your name at the top. They're not gonna refund your money anyway. Because its a Grab N Go scam. When you do a chargeback they will send the credit card company a screenshot of a fake website and forge fake chats claiming you said they did a great job. These folks are not at the plug n play center in Sun Valley California. The information desk has never heard of them. They will try to string you along at the same time trying get thousands of more dollars from you. Luke, Troy and whatever other name they use sound like the same person over the phone. After they get your money you can barely reach them unless your talking about getting a refund. This scam artist of a company will commit multiple felonies while trying to trick you out of your hard earn dollar. Pay attention to the asterisk mark on the refund policy. They've been conning folks for awhile. You notice all their reviews don't have website links. If you find a website that they have claimed to have built. Call the number and speak to the owner. Stay away...away from this so called company. Truly this is not a company its a smoothly ran scam that think their smarter than the system. Trust me the justice system will catch up to these scam artist. These people impersonated us by Abuse of Technology. We are a manufacturer and hired Website Professionals #websiteprofs #websiteprofessionals www.websiteprofs.com to create our new website due to our demand. I urge you not to hire these scam artists, they have literally stolen over $3,299.00 from us. First of all, the location and address they are providing is fake, I went over there yesterday May 24th 2021 to get my money refunded as they will not help me over the phone and keep giving me the runaround. To my surprise, their address is fake! it's a virtual mail office and the manager even told me they don't even have a mailbox at this location. They even have this location on their website as their main office!!! These people are from India, and I believe they are scamming people left and right and getting away with it as they have an in-house team specializing in deleting every bad review on google. They have been giving me the runaround for 6 months and never completed my website, they don't even reply to your emails once you pay them. I have contacted the authorities and will be pursuing this company legally and I will not stop until I shut them down. Stay Away!! I've been using website design companies for about 20 years now and have yet to find one that's trustworthy and follows through with what they promise but this one takes the cake. They charged me almost $4,000 to simply copy my current website which I didn't have the word press credentials to due to another shady company. Furthermore, and the only reason I agreed to their services was because I was promised SEO first page placement for 5 different locations in three months. It's 4 months later and I have first page placement for two keywords in two locations which I already had prior to retaining their services. The remaining locations and keywords are ranking anywhere from 15th - 145th position. I complained about it and of course the sales rep that signed me up is no longer with them, they actually tried telling me that he's dying of Covid (young guy). So the new rep tries to then sell me on another $3,000+ SEO package to continue the horrible progress thus far. Furthermore, they lied about their timelines to complete my website, turned out to take three times what was in the contract and don't get me started on the revisions, it's like they didn't even understand simple concepts. My website still doesn't function properly! Stay away from these guys, their SCAM artists. Very painful process. Websiteprofs has promised our company a reimbursement due to a glitch in their billing system; they misinformed my bank about how much they received and then claimed that we still owed money, even though they said for months that we were overcharged and the check was in the mail. We have receipts and have filed with the State's Attorney General's Office and IC3. Very unfortunate experience. According to the "Consumer Fraud Act": you have legal protection from illegal activities that may stem from WebsiteProfs.com or related company. Please talk to your FREE LEGAL AID or legal counsel about your rights as a consumer from being scammed. Out of state companies likely need to go through District Court self-filing for about $132 to get the case opened. The Attorney General's Office will be able to file a Criminal complaint also on your behalf, so if you have receipts (I'm sure your bank will provide this), the AG can file past district court limits. Please contact management@parentalvalues.com if there is a Class Action lawsuit against WebsiteProfs and I will gladly sign it. WebsiteProfs claims my bank reversed $5000 and my bank refuted that statement, this company is openly performing illegal activities but that will stop soon. read more

I was a little hesitant to try Website Profs out since I've read mixed reviews, but since the guy who handles our website development bailed out after testing positive for Covid-19, we had to give these guys a try. I'd write the positives and the negatives separately so you can decide for yourself if you want to work with them. Positives: One commendable thing is that they picked from right where our developer left of. It was a seamless process, their designers suggested we make a few changes to the original design and kept up with our required changes and revisions. Negatives: The customer service could be improved. I like prompt responses and hate it when I'm put on hold or asked to wait to get an update. this is one of my pet peeves, so this is subjective, if it's not an issue for you to wait a little before you get a response, then go for it. All in all, it was a pretty good experience, although there's room for improvement, it's not a deal breaker. I was happy with the end result and their work ethic. I recommend Website Profs for a job well done and plan to get more work done from them. read more
