I came to them in a pinch, needing to get my company and website up and running quickly -- and Omid immediately made my project a priority. He went out of his way to accommodate my short timeline, working before and after hours to make it happen without ever compromising on quality. I want to highlight Samuel, Eli, and Marc, as they played a huge role in transforming my vision into a professional, cohesive brand. I shared my ideas and a dream, and they brought them to life. They created a logo that not only reflects what I had imagined but also that resonates with the marketplace in my industry. Their expertise ensured the website included both features & content that are trending and that are competitive as well. They didn't just create a website -- they built a strong foundation for my business to grow. The final design is sleek, user-friendly, and a perfect fit o our brand identity. I've been taking my laptops to Christian for about 10 years. My life is on my laptop and I trust him without question. He always checks in at key choice points. His rates are very fair. I just got my Alienware x17 r2 back from Chris. After ruling out Bios as the source of the problem, Chris determined that the Intel and NVIDIA processors were not completing handoffs, causing my laptop to have difficulties restarting (and finally unrevivable by me). To save me an expensive fix (or the cost of a new computer), Chris disabled the Intel processor and auto restart function, and invented a work around to fool the laptop into recognizing a nonexistent external monitor, which allows for smooth startup. My laptop now runs faster than ever. Thanks, Chris! It must also be said that, in this era of automated phone trees and silo-ed support staff, when every customer service experience is an insult, it is refreshing and uplifting to actually speak to Chris and receive coherent explanations. Competence and humanity are in short supply these days, which makes me appreciate Chris that much more.

Exceptional Service, Integrity, and Compassion - Highly Recommend!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris and his work. He performed what I truly believe to be a miracle -- recovering files from two extremely old computers (one over 20 years old and another with a hard drive permanently attached to the body due to its outdated, inexpensive design) without power cords. Not only did Chris manage to access these machines, but he also retrieved and downloaded every single file. Even more impressive, the turnaround was just a few days, and his pricing was beyond fair and very competitive for the level of skill and effort involved. What stood out most, beyond his technical expertise, was Christos' integrity and compassion. He stayed true to his word on price and delivery, even when the work ended up being far more complex than expected. This project was deeply personal for me, as these computers held sentimental data connected to my late fiancé. Chris handled the situation with genuine kindness, empathy, and understanding--offering not only his technical talents but also a great deal of emotional support during such a sensitive time. Chris is more than just a talented technician; he's a trustworthy professional and a truly good person. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of data recovery or computer expertise. You'll be in excellent hands.
