Everything was downhill after payment. Cashapp us non-refundable per my bank, even if the work was not done. I will say is Mia (owner) comes across extremely nice and pleasant, she's actually a scammer. The only work I got from this agency is broken promises, set-ups and disappointments. I did not receive the service I paid for. She did a few basic IG post, not a full thought out IG campaign/contest. I attempted to work with Mia on numerous occasions to allow her to make the situation right because I couldn't dispute the transaction, each time she made excuses and attempted to reverse the situation and say, the work is complete. "if the work was complete why didn't she produce it and prove it was done instead of making excuses. Do your homework before you hire a fast talking person w/gab.
