new patient here and no waiting, everyone was easy going and friendly. i went in needing new glasses and wanted to try contacts and they helped with both. I left with new contacts and I'll be picking up more soon now that I'm getting used to them. I've never had contacts so they helped me on what, where, when's and whatnots.
